"It's time for me to go," Star pulled out her inter-dimensional scissors. She opened a portal to Mewni and Marco watched in awe. "Bye," she said, giving him a small smile.

"I'll catch you some other time?" Marco asked.

Star nodded and stepped into the portal, closing it behind her.

"Where have you been?" Glossaryck yelled.

"What do you..." she trailed off before realizing the time.

"You've been gone for three hours!" Glossaryck pointed to his watch.

"I'm sorry, I was just..." Star mumbled to herself.

"Whatever," Glossaryck sighed. "Did you use magic?"

Star hesitated before shaking her head.

"Good. If a human were to find out about magic, things may go wrong very fast," Glossaryck grimaced.

Star remained quiet and sat on her bed. Humans weren't that bad, right?

Marco shoved his hands in his pockets and began to walk home.

"Marco, where were you?" his mom looked up from her cooking.

"I was hanging out with my friend," he replied, taking off his shoes. He grabbed a small pair of scissors of the table.

"Ooooh is it a girl?" his father raised his eyebrows as he poked his head in the room.

"Dad!" Marco's cheeks slightly tinted red.

"I'm just curious," his dad giggled.

Marco coughed awkwardly and scratched his head before smiling at the floor.

"Yeah. A pretty interesting girl." Marco then snipped off the loose thread off his jacket hem.

"Now make the tree grow," Glossaryck instructed.

Star nodded and pointed her wand at the little sapling. And with a quick flash, the tree began to quickly grow, soon towering at a height of at least 15 feet.

"Star, you're a natural!" the young princess heard a voice behind her. She turned around to face Moon.

"I was worried you were going to mess around, but I guess it was for naught," Star's mom smiled. "You'll be a fine queen."

"Thanks, Mom," Star beamed brightly at her.

"I think she's done enough practice for today, don't you think so too?" Moon turned towards Glossaryck.

Glossaryck rolled his eyes before sighing. "I suppose we can finish our session early."

"Yay!" Star's eyes lit up.

"Oh, I must go. Have fun dear," Moon took off in the other direction.

Star smiled and began walking to her bedroom.

"Star, do you plan to go back to Earth?" Glossaryck followed not too far behind her.

"Maybe," Star raised her eyebrow.

"I see. Just don't use magic, alright?" he narrowed his eyes as the two entered the room.

"I know what to do. I'll be fine," she put on a light jacket and pulled out her dimensional scissors. She ripped open a portal and quickly stepped in.

When Star opened her eyes, she was back in Echo Creek. Around her were all the shops she and Marco used to visit.

"It's so nostalgic," she mumbled to herself, walking through the store. After strolling and window-shopping for around 10 minutes, she noticed a large building.
