Gibbs steps in the elevator with them and switches it off. "What are you two doing!?" "I love Ziva boss and I can't live without her." "I don't care! You two are breaking rule 12!" "I love Tony, does it really matter if we are co-workers?" "Yes it does! You can't work together if you're having a relationship, and you know that!" Ziva starts to get angry with Gibbs and begins to yell as well. "I do not care what you think, I love Tony and there is nothing that can change that! If you do not agree, here are my badge and gun." Ziva gives Gibbs her badge and gun. She switch the elevator back on and when it opens she runs to the stairs and goes to her aparment.
When she arrives at her apartment she packs some stuff and leaves a note behind for Tony. Then she takes the first flight to Tel Aviv.

Tony starts to yell at Gibbs. "Look what you've done, are you happy now! We love each other and you should support us!" Tony walks to his car and drives to his apartment.
