Weird seeing Firmino in the 11 even though I have that exact same kit. We've got a lot of guys coming back, so this is cool. I'll be finishing up that most wanted player chapter I did last year because it's finally obvious who's the most wanted now. You can guess down below, but, as I said, it's really obvious.
Danny, Danny Ings. After all this time, he's back to full training. Before, I said he was just back to the basics, regaining some fitness and little things but now he's with the rest of the squad back in Melwood. He'll be travelling with the team to Germany for the Audi Cup should he be selected and I believe he will so he can be ready for the big season and give his legs a proper run out after all the hits they've taken.
Sadio is also back to training, too.His comeback was certainly shorter than Danny Ings but he was certainly expected to come back a bit sooner. He'll also be travelling with the team to Germany and I certainly can't wait to see him with Salah, that'll be a front three to beat. He'll need the running after not being around as well, so I'm happy that he's coming back soon enough.
James Milner got injured in the Hong Kong final, but it's just a thigh injury. He's being monitored over it day to day, so by the time the team flies off to Germany, we'll know if it's safe enough for him to play. It seems to be big enough if this is still being reported but I don't see this at all stopping him from not playing against Watford. This will also mean that Andy Robertson will be getting an early seeing, which is fantastic in its own sense. I've been wanting to see him up close and I think this is a good time for him to step up in a relatively low-pressure situation.
Emre Can's coming back after his vacation after winning the Confed Cup. He's not injured, but I'm worried his hand may be since he hasn't signed that contract yet! For the love of all that's good, he just needs to sign it. Terrible shame if he just left on a free like that and it'd end up being the Pogba situation all over. This is bothering me, as you can see.
Good day/night, Reds!
