Spencer
                          
"Your grades have dropped drastically Spencer" Principle Hacket tells me
                          
"Ok" i shrug
                          
"You were one of our best students what happened?"
                          
"I just don't care anymore" i shrug
                          
"This is about Alison" 
                          
"Can i go now?"
                          
"Spencer you can talk about this you know"
                          
"There's nothing to talk about. I'm going to be late to class"
                          
"Do you even go to class?"
                          
"Goodbye principle hacket" i say as i leave his office
                          
"What was that about?" Toby asks
                          
"My grades" i roll my eyes
                          
"Hey nerds!" Noel laughs as he approaches us "Chloe is waiting out back"
                          
"Great We'll be there in a minute" i tell him.
                          
Toby walks me to my locker.
                          
"I'll be back" he tells me as he heads to the washroom.
                          
I grab my leather jacket and my purse containing the things i need to help me get through the day.
                          
"Hey Spence!" Hanna cheers and startles me.
                          
"Oh hey" i give her a small smile as she, Aria and Emily lean on the lockers in front of me.
                          
"Haven't seen you around much lately"
                          
"I've just been hanging with Toby" i shrug "now excuse me i have class. I say as i close my locker door.
                          
"We have english this way" Emily says as she grabs my arm making my lighter fall from my fingers.
                          
Aria picks it up.
                          
"Really spence?"
                          
"What? i can't carry a lighter?" i ask as i try to grab it from her hand
                          
"You can get it back after you hand over your bag"
                          
"No."
                          
"Spence Let's see the bag"
                          
"keep the lighter" i say as i start to walk off but Hanna grabs my bag making me turn around fast dropping a baggy.
                          
"Are you kidding Spence?" she yells
                          
"Why do you care just leave me alone"
                          
"What's going on?" Toby Asks before looking around
                          
He grabs the bag from Hanna
                          
"Lets go"
                          
"She has my lighter" 
                          
Aria looks between us. "You two used to be goals. Benefitting each other. What happened?"
                          
"Jusf give him the lighter" i roll my eyes and she sighs handing it over.

They walk down the hall heading to the field.
                          
"She's going to ruin her life"
                          
"we have to talk to Toby"

"They just don't get it" i groan as i light my cigarette.
                          
"They never will" Noel says
