Marinette's P.O.V.
"Ugh, I can't believe she would say something like that! And to me!" Alya yelled as we went to walk out of the class. "Now you know how I feel..." I sighed softly. "Girl, being in your shoes with Chloe sucks." She returned a sigh. "Hey ladies. Wanna head over to my place and play some video games tonight?" Nino slid over to us.

"Sorry, Nino, I need to catch some well needed rest and hit the books tonight. Catch ya later though." I smiled, starting to walk down to the library. "Yo, girl! Where ya going? Your house is that way!" Alya pointed to the opposite direction of where I was headed.

"I know. I said I need to hit the books. I never said where or what books. Besides, I need to return this one, renew the other one, and grab one to replace the one I return. See ya tomorrow." I giggled. "Wait up, Mari!" Adrien called after me. Stopping, I waited for him to make his way over to me.

"What's up?" I smiled. "Not much. Just thought I'd return the book I checked out last week." Adrien grabbed my hand. "Cool. Then we can study together." I laughed as he made a slightly annoyed face. "Do you have no soul? Why not just spend time with me?" He gave a sad and annoyed look.

"I really need to study for this upcoming test. Come on. Just study with me for an hour and then I'll give you all the time in the world after homework." I gave him the puppy dog eyes. "Ugh, fine, but only because I love you and I need to study too." He sighed in defeat."Yes!" I smiled. Victory was mine.

"Hey Maritrash! Where are you headed?!" I heard Chloe's annoying voice. Her voice alone could set me on edge. "I'm headed over to the library. Why do you want to know?" I gave her a partial glare as I turned around to see her running over to Adrien and I. "I'm headed over there, too so I can give Sabrina my homework to do." Chloe grinned.

"Is that all you care about? Is all you care about having others do the work for you so you can just sit back and do nothing?!" I became rather upset. "What do you care?" Chloe spatt. "That's not how a friend should be treated!" I yelled, Adrien holding onto my hand tightly so I didn't get into anything that I would later regret.

Sure, in about ten seconds I'll probably be regretting yelling at her in general, but hey, I have to stand up for myself at some point, right? I can't just let her constantly bring not only me down, but also everyone else including her so-called best friend. I won't stand for it any longer.

My blood began to boil the longer I stayed near Chloe. "And what would you know about how friends should be treated, Maritrash? You don't have any!" Chloe spatt once again. "Oh really? Then how am I married and have my best friend as my Lady in Waiting and my other friends supporting me? Huh, I don't see Sabrina anywhere to support you unless it's to do your work for you." I growled, my anger was far too high.

I needed to get away from her and fast. "Mari, dear, I think that's enough. Let's not anger Chloe anymore. Why don't we go to the library a little later? I'm feeling a little hungry." Adrien tried to distract me. Luckily, my need to be a good wife overrode my anger. "Alright, let's go home then and get something to eat. We can study there for a while." I calmed down almost instantly.

Walking home, I realized how mean I was to Chloe. Sure, I didn't like her, but I needed to apologize tomorrow at school. "I can't believe I said any of that to her. I feel so bad now." I fell onto my bed. "It's fine, Mari. You shouldn't worry about it. She had it coming sooner or later." Adrien sat next to me.

"It's not right. I'm going to apologize tomorrow. What I said was wrong. I'm going to right my wrongs as soon as I can. Even if it means apologizing to Chloe." My mind was made up and there was no turning back. "Good job, Marinette. I'm proud of you. You're being the bigger person by apologizing," Tikki zipped over to me, laying on my chest.

"Thanks, Tikki." I smiled. "I can't believe how kind you are sometimes, Marinette. I love that about you." Adrien leaned down and kissed my nose lightly with a smile. "Thank you, love." I smiled back, realizing just how loved I was between Tikki and Adrien alone. I was honestly grateful for that. I'm so glad that I'm loved as much as I am.

"Well, let's study for a bit and then we can eat and head to the library to take care of our book situations." Adrien pulled me to by sitting up next to him. Smiling, I nodded as I grabbed my things out of my bag to start on my homework and studying.

-Hours later-

"Adrien, I'm tired. Can we eat and then head to the library? I need a nap, too." I yawned. "Sure. Let's pack up and we can head to the library. Then we'll eat and take a nap. Honestly, you do really need a nap. You need rest in order to heal properly." He brought up the fact of my being injured.

"Yeah, I know. Plus I'm just tired." I stood up, cracking my back lightly. "I can't blame you. After everything you went through and then waking up before me this morning, yeah...I can't blame you for being tired." He stood up after me, hugging me from behind, being careful of my ribs.

-After the library, food and naps-

Sabine's P.O.V.
"Marinette! Adrien! Come down here for dinner!" I yelled, hopefully loud enough for them to hear all the way up in Marinette's room. "Coming, mama!" I heard Marinette yell with a soft 'thump' of something. Possibly herself from sudden shock of being called. I just giggled and set hot food on the table, Tom already sitting down to eat.

"I just can't get over the fact that she is Ladybug. All I'm saying, Sabine is that she should have found a way to tell us." Tom sighed. "I know, Tom, but she said she wasn't supposed to. We found out by accident. If it's a good enough reason for her not to tell us, it's a good enough reason for us to keep quiet about it." I sat down.

Hearing Marinette and Adrien walk down, I smiled. "Hi, mama. Sorry it took so long. I got tangled in my sheets and fell." Marinette laughed. "That's alright dear." I let out a small giggled myself. "Of course then I had to help and it was a total disaster." Adrien sighed with a smile. Our meal was silent, but at least it was a family meal with all of us contently together.
