(A/N) This is a Cake one shot thing. So enjoy. Really sorry that my stories have been short lately I will get back into the long ones I have just been working on some other stuff lately :)
The 5 second of summer boys were talking to some fans in their local shopping centre in Sydney. There were about twenty girls talking and asking for photos so the boys weren't too worried. Calum and Michael were signing some stuff and taking photos while Ashton was about three metres away and Luke two in front of Ashton. Luke was signing something for a girl when two other girls gestured for him to come over. Noticing that he had seen everyone else he made his way over assuming they were fans. Ashton had noticed Luke going a little further away and kept close behind him not wanting to lose him like last time. Remembering that Malum was already close to each other Ashton decided to go up to Luke while he was talking to some fans.
"You are so fat, and a burden on the band. Seriously it just annoys me how fucking babyish you are like seriously just stop, okay?" Ashton frowned walking closer to his blonde friend hearing the insults flying out of the two girls' mouths.
"Yeah, I literally have to skip the parts in the songs when your shitty voice is playing otherwise I have seizures from the shitness of it. Honestly, you should just leave the band," the second girl followed her friend's example.
"Oi leave him alone," Ashton joked not sure if they were being serious or not. The girls smiled at him so Ashton left them alone walking to another group of girls who had just arrived, Malum already taking photos with them.
"Ugh, even your bandmates don't care if you are getting hated on Luke, just go ran in front of a bus or something no one but your mum would really care and honestly, she isn't much better," Luke felt his heart break at the mention of his mum remembering the fight they had two nights ago which left him sleeping at Calum's.
"Hey Ashton, you look a little ticked off what's up?" Michael asked Ashton as the group of girls walked away leaving the three members by themselves.
"Just some girls being bitches to Luke. I couldn't tell if they were serious or not," Ashton sighed tucking a poster into his shopping bag to save space.
"What were they saying?" Calum spoke very quickly and loudly scaring Ashton slightly as he wasn't expecting his friend to go off so much, which was fair as Calum was normally the calm one.
"Just that he should quit the band and he was fat and that, he is over the... he was over there with them," Ashton looked around for the blonde realising that he wasn't in the same spot anymore. Calum shoved his bags into Michael before rushing off to find the blonde, knowing all too well that he would be in the bathroom.
"Lukey?" Calum called walking into the bathroom noticing only one pair of shoes under the only locked toilet stall. Calum could hear the sniffles from his bandmate sighing as he leant against the toilet door. "Open this door babe," Luke slowly and hesitantly pushed himself off the closed toilet seat opening the toilet stall door falling out onto Calum as he cried. "Oh, baby don't cry. They were just twelve-year-old bitches, come here," Calum pulled Luke close to him before pulling away. Placing a hand on the blonde's cheek Calum placed his lips onto Luke's when they were very quickly disturbed by the door.
"Holy fuck!" Michael exclaimed. Ashton stood standing with his mouth open, jaw dropped as far as it could go.
"Are, wait, what? Are you two together?" Ashton stumbled over his words in surprise. It's not every day you walk in on your best friends kissing each other. This scared Luke, however, which Calum could feel as Luke started to shake. Calum's hand found the blondes giving it a small squeeze to calm him down.
"Um yeah, we, we, were, ah, a little scared to tell you two?" Calum couldn't think of the way to answer his friend resulting in him stumbling and stuttering his words.
"Cool," Ashton and Michael both shrugged.
"Now move your lazy ass cheeks so we can get food. I AM STARVING!" Michael screamed exiting the bathroom, while Ashton, Luke and Calum laughed
