Maddi and I ended up staying at Ma's until dark just talking about stuff. We grew super close and she was actually a really nice and sarcastic person.
"Malia?" Mathew nearly jumped off the couch when I opened the door to our house.
"Hey, how did it go?" I went to sit by him when I saw Shay laying on his lap, her face had running mascara.
"Ya her parents weren't happy and I arrived just in time for her to run out of her house. Her parents are kicking her out. They said if she's old enough to have a kid she's old enough to get a house."
"Oh wow," I widened my eyes. Mom and dad would have done the same if it was me.
"You look tired," Mathew moved a pillow so it would go under Shay.
"Ya I am," I wrapped my hands around his hip.
"Hey, you didn't look okay earlier. I know it's not from the baby bomb," my brother rubbed my back up and down.
"Ya congratulations by the way," I smiled into my brothers shirt.
"Ya so what's wrong?"
"I don't know, I just got in one of those moods I guess. Which was not fair of me," I let my hands drop.
"Hey, whatever bad thing is about to happen you can handle it. You are a lot stronger than you think you are," Mathew didn't let go.
"You feel it to?" I felt Mathew nod his head.
"What is it?" I looked up at him.
"I don't know Malia but we have to be there for each other okay?" He looked down at me and kissed the top of my head.
"I will always be there for you as long as your there for me. Promise me you'll stay on my side?"
"Of course I promise Malia," he stroked my back before letting me go.
"Okay I'm going to go to bed," I walked off towards the stairs.
"Love you," Mathew said going back to Shay's side.
"Love you," I walked up to my room and went straight to bed.
I woke up the next morning at seven from my phone nonstop vibrating against the table.
I hit the annoying green button before stupidly not checking the ID.
"Malia we didn't get drunk last night, Maddi left when Jordan showed the alcohol. Anyways we are heading to your house," Alyssa spoke through the phone.
"No you are not!" I yelled into my phone.
"Why not?" Kristina asked from the background.
"Today is sibling day which we really need right now. I'm sorry but no," I said a lot calmer.
"Uh no Christmas is in two days," Char said from the background.
"Guys I said no and it's my house," I said while jogging down the stairs.
"Guys it's fine," Jordan spoke up from the background.
"No I mean come on," Mason started arguing.
"Mason, no coming over. I don't want any of you here on sibling day okay? We need this day you can come tomorrow or after Christmas," I leaned my body against the door.
"Malia come on! You can celebrate it any other day," Mason spoke up.
"Ya come on Malia," everyone seemed to join in except Jason and Char.
"Malia if today is important to you than I don't think we should come," Char countered.
"No, she can do this any other day. Besides were practically here," Mason commented.
