But now that she does, I don't want her to. It made her different and she was interesting. What's the point of staying away when I'm already in so deep when it comes to her?

I decided to follow her anyway, might as well enjoy it while she's still here. "Camille wait." I say as she heads up the stairs. "What?"

"You don't have to be scared of me, I mean it. I'm just trying to protect you. I was a jerk before and I know that, but I'm here to apologize." She chuckles, "You think you can just apologize for all the people's lives that you've taken?"

"Camille you don't understand, those were bad people." I tell her. She scoffs, "They were still people." She begins walking up the stairs and I follow her, "Are you really mad at me right now because I've killed a couple people?"

"You say it like its such a normal thing! I already told you to leave me alone Josiah." She tries to walk away from me but I block her path. "Excuse me."

"Camille what's actually wrong?"

She avoids eye contact with me as she tries to pass me. "Camille." I warn.

"Josiah move!" She exclaims. I pick her up bridal style and carry her into my office. "Why are you always picking me up!" She exclaims as she hits me repeatedly in the chest with her good arm.

I put her down on the couch and lock the door behind me. "What? Are you going to kill me now?" I frown at her, "Just tell me what's wrong."

"Nothing's wrong." She says looking away from me. I sit down next to her and she scoots away. I sigh before grabbing her chin and making her face me. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. "What's wrong?" I whisper.

She closes her eyes, "Everything is wrong. I'm growing feelings for a criminal."

She looks up to meet my eyes, "Don't look at me like that."

"Like what?" I ask.

"Like that's a good thing." I grab her chin again to make her face me. "Maybe it is." I say before bringing my lips to hers. She immediately moans into the kiss as I hold her face to bring her closer to me.

I push her back onto the couch and continue kissing her passionately. I move from her lips down to her jawline leaving light kisses making her shudder. My lips then move down to her neck as I suck and leave little bites. She grabs onto my hair with her good hand and arches forward toward me.

I grab her waist and flip us around so that she's on top. She straddles my waist and leaves dangerously soft kisses down my neck. I bring her face back up to me, "Don't do that." I whisper to her in a low voice.

She nods slowly before trailing her hand down my chest. My breath hitches as she raises my shirt above my stomach and pulls it off. Her hands run up and down my chest as she she just stares down at it. "Your tattoos are really nice." She says quietly.

I smile, "Thank you." She leans back down to my lips kissing me slowly. My hands run up her thighs and throw off her t-shirt. I sit up and pull her body closer to mine kissing her fiercely.

Suddenly her phone begins ringing and she breaks away from the kiss but I pull her back. "Can't you get it later?" I ask.

She shakes her head, "It might be important." She picks the phone from off the floor and answers the call. "Hello?" I begin kissing her neck lightly as she talks on the phone. "Tyler?" I pull away and look at her with a frown.

"Oh yeah I'm fine, look can I call you later?" She asks. "Okay yeah, miss you too. Bye." I roll my eyes.

"You're still with him?" I ask.

She sighs and gets off of me, "Yes, but I can't keep doing this to him. I'm going to have to break up with him."

"You really should, he's no good."

She scoffs, "Tyler is great."

Now it was my turn to scoff, "He's dangerous."

She laughs "As dangerous as you?" She picks her shirt off of the ground, "Tyler wouldn't hurt a fly."

"He's gang affiliated Camille."

She pauses, "What?"

"He used to be apart of Lancing's gang."

She shakes her head, "You're lying."

"I realized you can't really go and ask him that without getting yourself hurt so I'm telling you. He's just as bad as me."

She frowns, "You're just saying that so I'll break up with him."

I chuckle, "I've already made you break up with him."

She glares at me, "Don't tease me about this Josiah. Maybe this was a mistake." She says motioning to both of us.

I grab her hand and pull her back onto the couch, "I'm sorry." I whisper into her hair as she falls back onto my chest.

She looks up at me, "I feel like a whore."

I stroke her hair and chuckle, "You're not a whore."

"Everyone keeps telling me that but it's hard to believe. Maybe I'll feel better once I've actually broken up with Tyler."

"Call him." She frowns at me, "I'm not going to break up with him over the phone."

"Why not? You've already cheated on him."

She gets off of me and glares, "I already feel bad enough about it so you don't have to keep rubbing it in my face." She storms out of the room and I sigh.

"Do you just not know how to not be an asshole?" I ask myself.

I get off of the couch and leave the office to go look for her. I enter her room to find her crying on her bed. It made my chest hurt to see her cry and I knew that was a bad sign. "Camille."

"Leave me alone you asshole." She throws a pillow at me and I easily dodge it. "Camille."

She groans before getting off the bed and attempting to walk past me out of the door. I grab her by the waist and pull her in front of me. "Let go of me!" She began hitting me with both arms, including her cast which actually really hurt. I shut the door behind me, "I'm sorry for being an asshole."

She frowns, "You've said sorry like 4 times today but you still continue being an insensitive asshole." I wipe away a tear from her cheek and sigh, "It's just how I am, I'll work on it though."

She sighs, "Fine."

I smile at her and give her a kiss on the lips before pulling away again. "I could get used to this."

She giggles, "Me too."

I lean back in to kiss her again before leading her to the bed.
