this story is mileven and drama, so there is a huge plot and stuff.

eleven started to toss and turn at night. mike would notice everytime and would lightly shake her to wake her up before holding her tightly in his arms and falling asleep again.
                          
this night was different.
                          
mike was over at dustin's house for a sleepover, and dustins mom didn't want any girls sleeping over, so eleven had to stay home.
                          
this was the first time mike had left eleven alone, and she was terrified.
                          
the night was extremely cold, and the wind could he heard from a window.  eleven was too scared to go upstairs to ask for another blanket, so she just curled up in a ball on the floor in the cold. 
                          
eleven tried to go back to sleep, as hard as it was in the freezing cold, without the warmth of mike's body to keep her company.

"come here, sweet eleven." he cooed.
                          
eleven quickly sat up and turned around to face the man. he was standing right in front of her blanket fort. the light was so dark she could barely see him, but she could recognize the haunting voice.
                          
"p-papa?" she whispered.
                          
"yes, yes. it's papa. everything is going to be okay." he smiled. "come with me."
                          
"no." eleven pressed her back up against the wall. 
                          
"yes, eleven. i have finally found you after a month of searching. you will come with me, and we will change the world."
                          
she started to cry. "no, papa. NO!" 
                          
he moved closer to her, ready to scoop her up into his arms and take her away.
                          
"MIKE!" she called out in fear
                          
"mike can't save you now." papa was just inches away.
                          
eleven screamed. "PAPA, NO! NO!" 
                          
"yes, eleven. join me."
                          
"NO! MIKE, MIKE? MIKE!" she cried louder.
                          
"ELEVEN." papa yelled.
                          
"NO!" eleven cried out.
                          
"ELEVEN! WAKE UP!" papa's voice became more high pitched.

"ELEVEN!" mike's mom shouted. she was sitting right next to el, hugging her tightly. "it's okay, darling... it's okay... they can't find you." eleven sobbed into her shoulder.
                          
nancy came running down the stairs. "eleven? are you okay?" 
                          
"b-bad men." was all el could say before breaking out in tears again.
                          
nancy came over and hugged eleven. "el, it's going to be alright."
                          
"mike." eleven said quietly.
                          
"mike is at dustins house." mike's mom said.
                          
"m-mike gone." she wiped her tears.
                          
"he's gonna come back tomorrow morning, el." nancy stopped hugging her. "do you want to sleep in my room tonight?" 
                          
eleven thought about the offer for a while. "steve?"
                          
nancy giggled. "steve isn't here."
                          
"ok!" el slightly smiled.
                          
"awesome! come on, lets go!" nancy took eleven's hand and led her upstairs.
                          
elevens fuzzy orange slippers hit the hard stairs quickly as she ran up them as fast as she could with nancy. once they were in nancy's room, they both jumped onto her bed and laid there for a while.
                          
"el?" nancy started.
                          
"yes?" eleven faced nancy.
                          
"do you like mike?" 
                          
eleven paused. "friend?"
                          
"more than that, like do you want to be girlfriend and boyfriend?" nancy smiled. she hoped eleven would say yes, because she sort of wanted to see mike and eleven together.
                          
"i don't know." she bit her lip.
                          
"it's okay. it's getting late, so we should try to go to bed," nancy hopped off of her bed and dragged a mattress out from under her bed and placed it right next to her bed. eleven seemed confused.
                          
"uh, this is for when steve stays." nancy smiled.
                          
eleven sat on the mattress, not certain who steve was.
                          
nancy laughed at eleven's obvious confusion. she pulled out a huge blanket and a couple of pillows and set them up on the mattress.
                          
eleven laid down on the bed and pulled up the blanket to her chin. nancy walked over and dimmed the light, as she knew eleven was scared of the dark.
                          
"night, el." nancy said, but eleven was already asleep. nancy hopped onto her bed and read a bit of a book before sleeping aswell.
