"Oh! Mon El, can you come here. I have a personal mission for you!" I say.
"What is it?" He asks.
"Well..."
A few moments later...
"Kara! That's brilliant, but what does J'onn think about it." He asks.
"I may or may not told him yet.." I say awkwardly. "You probably should do that.." he sighs.
"No! I can't. I just want to keep this mission between the two of us. And remember you'll only have 30 minutes to be there and back." I state. He nods his head.
"Now I have to go train with a former assassin... Without my powers." I said putting on a fake smile. He starts to chuckle.
"But then I have to fight a powerful kyrptonian, who was just trained by an assassin." He adds. "So I guess we're both gonna have fun today..." I cheer.
Me and Mon El part ways, and I go to the special power dampening room, where Sara was waiting.
"So I have three things to teach you."
"Number one, never turn your back on your opponent. Even if they surrender, you have no idea what they might have up their sleeves."
"Number two, be at peace. Know what you're fighting for and why. Then channel that emotion onto your opponent."
"And number three, use your opponent's strength against them. If they attack you with full force, use that force against them." She finishes.
Okay, how am I supposed to follow all three rules without breaking one in the process. It's like if you break one rule you break them all.
"You got all that?" She asks. I nod my head and I get into a fighting position.
I started off by trying punching her with brute force. She grabs my arm twists it and the flips me over.
Damn that really hurt. This is going to be fun few hours...
2 hours of getting my ass kicked later...
Sara charges at me, so I grab her hair and swing her on the floor. She does a swift kick on the floor and I fall down as well. She straddles over me. She tries punching my face but each time she swings her fists, I move my head making them hit the ground. I then punch her in the face making her swing off of me. I run up to her and started punching her repeatedly in the face.
"Kara, please I surrender..." She says weakly. She was in real distress, I could tell. But her words went right through me. Even though I have the strength of a mere human in the room, I was doing way more damage than I intended.
I kept punching her again and again. The whole time I was thinking about my past.
Having to say goodbye to my mother, my whole world. Coming to a planet where I could do anything but fit in. Coming out as Supergirl and receiving hate for my recklessness. Having to say goodbye to my dying aunt after my sister killed her. Meeting Mon El for the first time. Getting captured by Cadmus and being tortured. Getting rescued only to go through more pain. Then having my child getting taken away from me. Then watching the love of my life die before my eyes.
All of that energy was going into my fist. J'onn runs over to me and pulls me off of Sara. All I'm doing is crying, my face is a crimson red. J'onn starts trying to get me to calm down, but it's not working.
Mon El immediately ran into the room and embraced me, and I immediately felt safe. I started to calm down and just cry into his arms.
After I finally stop crying Caitlyn walks in the room to grab Sara and walk her to the med bay.
"Okay, I'm ready." I sigh. "You don't have to do this. You can still back down." Mon El says nervously.
"No, this is something I need to do." I say with confidence.
"Well then, let's spar!" Mon El says while smiling.
Once we get into the sparring room I feel my powers coming back to me, I feel powerful.
After sparring with Mon El, I knew I was ready. We had 15 minutes left on the count down, so I just decided to chill out and regain my strength.

After Kara and Mon El's sparring session, I decided to check on Winn, Felicity, and Cisco.
I need to check on Cisco first because the two devices he's making are the most important.
I enter to the room to see Cisco's feet up and him leaning back in his chair taking a nap. "I presume you've finished." I say making him shoot up.
"Wha- Oh!" "Yeah I even made some tech gear that would help Kara not feel the effects of kryptonite. But if the kryptonite comes in contact with her skin, she'll feel the regular effects of kryptonite." Cisco says while yawning.
"Okay, get the items back to the main part of the building, and get the tech hooked up to Kara." I state.
Now, it's time to check on Agent Schott and Felicity.
"Can you name morse code?" Winn asks excitedly. "Uh, duh!" She was about to say something, but I interrupted them.
I was in a very homey looking room. How they managed to do this in less than five hours? I have no clue...

"Okay, this is the special room built to let the Daxamites survive for at least 24 hours after led has been released into the atmosphere. It comes with its own snack machine, a television, and a cozy little fire place." Felicity smiles.
"Well this room will definitely be useful in the future." I assure them. "Now, go to the main part of the DEO and wait there."
They both nodded and left. And I left shortly after them.
I enter the room to see everyone mingling, and getting things prepared.
"Okay everyone, we have 6 minutes until Supergirl has to leave, so be at your ready!" They all nodded.
I looked over at Kara, and knew she was ready for this fight.
