Annabeth POV
This new guy Luke is a good guy but something is off about him. I think Percy had the same idea he was eyeing him with a questioning glare. 
                          
When Percy told us about the appointment I understood why he was nervous. I hope it went well we really do need him for the swim team because if we don't well let's just say we're gonna have a very mad Percy...
Riiinnngggg riinnnggg my phone started ringing 
It was Percy I answered he said to meet him at Shapiro café and bring the gang even Luke
----time skip to café
As we entered we saw Percy sitting in a booth looking out the window, he also just had a glass of water for a drink.
"Hey Percy how did it go?" I asked
"Good news is that i can get back on the swim team now!"
"That great!"
"WOOHHOOOOOO!" Leo yelled in excitement
"Congrats bro!"
I should be able to go to practice this week and then I have a meet this weekend sooooo as Leo said or yelled WOOOHOOOOOOO!"
We all started laughing we all sat down and ordered and just talked. While the others were talking Percy and I had our own little conversation.
"Annabeth there is bad news tho too..."
"What is it?"
"It involves my scars and all that I think I'm ready to tell everyone about you know but then there's Luke..."
"Tell u what wait a couple weeks see if u can trust him get to know each other better and if u trust him then talk about it but if u don't trust him then only tell us just not Luke. You shouldn't tell someone u don't trust something as personal as that." I suggested
"You're right WiseGirl. Now I've been meaning to ask you how about we get dinner sometime maybe after I win my swim meet this weekend we can celebrate just the 2 of us?"
"And if u don't win?" I questioned
"Hush now Annabeth your speaking nonsense." He said with a smirk
I laughed at that.
"What r u guys laughing at?" Asked Leo of course he asked
"Just some joke Percy said." I said still kinda laughing.
"Ya ok, it's kinda weird I'm not used to u guys being together yet."
"Well u better cuz we will for a very long time." Percy said
                          
   With that said Piper started smiling widely but sadly she had to go  her friend silena I think was her name needed her help again, so Jason went with her. Which caused us to call it a day and go home.
"Catch up with u guys later" Percy said while getting in his car
"Of course" said Jason entering his car.
Percy was bringing me home.
                          
   We were making small talk while singing along to the radio which Percy did "fabulously". 
  Then he made a wrong turn 
"Percy you took the wrong turn."
"I know I'm showing u something"
   15 minutes later we arrived at a beach
"This is Montauk beach my mom and I would come her almost every weekend. It's kinda our thing."
"Percy that's sweet but why did u bring me here?"
   "I need to tell u about the not so good news."
"Ok go on."
"When u went to the doctor he asked me all these questions he explained them to be checkup questions. Ya check up questions my-
"PERCY!"
"Right sorry. Anyways he asked me to take off my shirt so he could have a look at my injury. He saw my scars and my mom told him what happened. He said do any of them hurt when I put pressure on them of course I never really tested that idea out. So he went through to make sure they didn't hurt, none of them hurt except for one."
                          
"Which one would that be?" I said with concern and worry laced in my words
                          
He pointed to the spot on his back right at his shoulder.
  "It's where a big piece of glass was wedged in my back, apparently it didn't heal properly and it was infected with the beer or whatever so that's why it hurts when I put pressure on it. So every time someone puts pressure on it I get a flashback to that moment and it hurts cuz I can feel how it felt in that moment."
   "Perce I-I don't know what to say."
"The doctors prescribed me medication to help but I don't think it gonna work..."
  "Percy I'm so sorry I wish I could do something."
"U don't have to be sorry all we can do is live in the moment which brings me to the other reason I brought u here, consider this as part 1 of our date this weekend."
As he said that he picked me up and brought me to the water. I kept squirming to get out of his grip but I realized it was useless. He threw me in the water. When I looked up he wasn't there then I felt someone grab my leg.
"PERCY!" I said while laughing a little 
He came up and but his hands around my waist. I decided to get back I splashed water in his face he lost his grip I tried swimming away. He then grabbed my waist pulled me close kissed me, the special part about it is that he pulled me underwater when he did it.
Best underwater kiss ever.
