Harry's POV

I sat down in the kitchen, wringing my hands. I prayed silently that they would understand, and that everything would be okay.

Then, I heard the door unlock, and quiet voices enter the house. Then, Sarah's lighter voice joined in.

"Come on," she said quietly.

The group shuffled into the kitchen, where they let out a collective gasp.

"Harry," Cal shook his head in disbelief, "where have you been all this time?"

"Here," I mumbled, staring down at my feet.

Tobi rubbed his eyes, then checking again to see if I was truly sitting there before his eyes, "Dammit, Harry. Do you know how worried we've been? Are you insane?"

"I..."

Tobi fidgeted and turned the other way in anger, "Just. How you could you do this to us?"

Simon grabbed his shoulder, "How about we sit down, and we can get an actual explanation."

They all pulled up chairs next to me, and we sat in silence for a few seconds. Cal was the first to break the silence.

"First off, Sarah. Have you been hiding him in our house for 3 months?"

She looked uncomfortably at me, and opened her mouth to speak. I stopped her.

"Yes. But she was helping me. I didn't know what else to do."

"What do you mean," Simon questioned.

"I got into something with some bad people. They were after me. I didn't know what to do or where to go. By now they're done with me, I'm sure."

Tobi raised his eyebrow, "are you sure you're okay? I mean, if you had to hide out with nobody knowing I would think that you were in a bit of trouble. And look at you! You're all bruised up. Harry you look absolutely awful." He paused, "no offense, I mean."

"Yes. I'm sure I'm fine." I gave them a smile, something I had not done in months.

They looked more relieved now.

"Do you want to go home?" Josh asked. I nodded, relieved.

"Okay. Let's go," I say, wincing as I get up. Both Simon and Tobi went to my sides to help me up.

They all helped me up to get to the car, while Sarah watched from the door, her arms crossed tightly. I stifled a groan as I lowered myself into the car. I possibly broke a rib, but I really did not want them to worry any more than they had.

Cal went back over to Sarah, who looked a bit nervous. To my surprise, he grabbed her in a big hug. As we pulled out, they let go of each other. Sarah saw me staring out the car window at her and she slightly shook her head. I sighed, turning away.

I was safe again.

I've decided that I am going to keep writing! Party! The sort of writers block I had has disappeared so here we go again.
