I gathered with Nora, Jordan and Mackenzie in an alley before we went on another hunt. "Guys, I have something to tell you." I quickly explained the situation.
"What? that's crazy! Alice is on our side! Why would she lie to us like that? And, why would she tell us to kill demons if she is one?" Jordan asked.
"But, it's true! I swear!" I desperately tried to convince them. Even Nora and Mackenzie looked at me with doubts.
"You're trying to make us your soldiers instead, aren't you? Your trying to turn us against Alice! Are you gonna try this with Casper too?" Jordan accused me.
"No! Of course not! That's not what I'm trying to do at all!" I cried desperately.
"Jordan. Calm down. You're being unreasonable." Nora said. I could see that she was still weary of my news. I couldn't tell if she completely believed me or not.
"Whatever. All I know is this guy's been sketchy from day one! I'm not comfortable hunting with him!" Jordan said to Nora pointing to me. I hung my head. It was pointless. They weren't listening to me. "His powers don't even kill demons! He just sends them to another time! We don't even know where or when he sends them! He could be plotting something else behind our backs!" Jordan said. I sighed. Even when I warned them, like it was their destiny, doom could not be avoided.
