During lunch, Casper went to the computer lab to do homework. He figured that Jordan and Nora no longer wanted to sit with him at lunch, especially with Alice with them, and Casper was getting bored of sitting with Ken and Elizabeth. Even though he suspected that Ken and Jordan were back together, it still felt like he was third wheeling a couple when he sat with just Ken and Elizabeth. So, Casper opted to not be social during this time instead. The computer lab was completely empty at this time. Right when Casper was about to begin one of his assignments, he heard the door open and footsteps approach him from behind. Casper sighed. He already knew who it was. He turned his chair around to face Mr. Matthews.

"What now?" Casper asked.

"Do you really want to be a hero?" Mr. Matthews asked.

"I'm too busy for your stupid questions." Casper responded.

"I'm serious. You're a very powerful demon hunter, unlike Jordan Ark, I regret to say." Mr. Matthews continued. "However, if you harm her in any way, I'll kill you."

"A teacher threatening a student? I think you've forgotten where we are." Casper chuckled. "But still, I won't hurt her. That was never what I was trying to do anyways. Why are you here? What do you want from me?"

"The Devil is coming." Mr. Matthews said. Casper shivered.

"How can you be so sure? Does Lucifer really exist?" Casper asked.

"Yes, and it's coming. Soon. I need your help to defeat it. And if you help me, I can assure you, there will be fame and recognition involved. You would definitely be seen as a hero."

"Satan, huh." Casper sighed lost in thought.

"Alone, we'd be powerless against it, but together, we might have a chance." Mr. Matthews said.

"Alright. I'll do it!" Casper said. Mr. Matthews was surprised by Casper's quick answer. "But only if I get the proper glory of a hero in the end!"
