A continuation (of the Chris Imagine) for Miss_Mollie

"I can't thank you enough, Milo," the woman gushed for about the tenth time. She had asked you to make a cake for her son's birthday since her attempts had been hopeless, and she couldn't seem to stop thanking you.

You smiled politely. "Oh, it was no problem, Mrs. Jamison. I'm glad I could help."

As the birthday party commenced, your boyfriend, Ace showed up, to your slight dismay. You two were trying to keep it on the down-low. The only people who knew were you two, your younger brother, Chris, and his friends. Even Ace's friends had no clue, one of which was your own twin brother, Eyeball, and that's how you intended it to stay.

"Ace, what are you doing here," you asked him quietly, smiling to hide any irritation at his special appearance.

He smiled. "I just wanted to see you. I've been missing you, if you know what I mean." He spoke quietly, buy Chris, who was standing nearby, still heard and shot a look over at your two.

You blushed. "Not now, Ace."

"Oh, Milo, it's about time for the cake, would you please bring it out? One of the kids is having difficulties outside," Mrs. Jamison asked as she headed for the door.

You nodded. "Of course!" Your polite expression dropped when you turned to Ace again. "Please behave if you insist on being here." With that, you turned around, just in time for Ace to smack your butt. Your eyes widened as you turned to glare at him before angrily walling into the kitchen.

Chris walked over to Ace, visibly annoyed. "Listen, Ace, I get it, you two are dating and all, so I guess she, for some reason, likes you. If you care anything for her, please just cut it out. My sister tries really hard not to have such a bad reputation, okay? She deserves a lot of respect."

Ace thought about Chris's words for a few quiet seconds. "You're right." He nodded, looking in the direction of the kitchen. "But, the thing is, I don't care much for anybody. Your sister's definitely something else though, isn't she."

"Look, I'm not asking you to fall in love with her or anything. I just want to know that you'll show her the respect she deserves." Chris looked Ace directly in the eye as he spoke. He wanted it to be very clear that thus was important.

Ace looked impressed. "Alright, kid. I'll be good to her as long as she'll have me. Fair?"

Chris nodded, as you walked out of the kitchen, slowly, carrying the cake with lit candles sticking all out of it.

And Ace stood by his word. For the remainder of the party, he kept his hands off of you, except every now and then holding yours. He may not have loved you, but he knew you were special.

Idk how I feel about how this turned out... I really wasn't sure how to end it. I hope you and your friend like it! Thank k you for requesting! M'kay.
