Mind was sitting in his bunker on a lonely night. He had a glass of wine in his hand. It was all peace and prosper. Nothing could spoil his starry and moony evening.

The Crew had settled an encampment on a clear extended hill. The island from their point of view was something they wouldn't dare set a foot on, but the Captain on the other hand was being a handful: Not only did he want to explore the whole island, but he wanted to colonize it. "What about your stupid quest? Your whole Map to the Absolute State of whatever?" shouted a crew member. The Captain didn't forget. He still had it in Mind. But he saw in the island, something that no one else could see. Hope.
In order to speed up the discovery-process, the Captain had sent out two of his best runners at disposal, to clear the way for them. He gave them fair gear, fair amount of nutrients and said farewell. Godspeed to you both, this island may not seem what it seems.

It was almost dawn, and Mind was getting tired. He was about to shut down, when he saw a lurking creature outside his bunker, and through the tiny window. His Heart started racing, not because of fear, but because of excitement. Someone finally saw the bunker.
