I'm 99.9% sure this is from the ''I Right Stubs Not Majesties'' music video. I actually kinda like that song and it's from, like, 2003 or whenever so clearly, I'm a knowledgeable fan. But I just can't get over his gross hair and lipstick! Excuse me, man-stick. I know that's not Brendan Urine because Brendon is hot, unlike that guy. Maybe it's Dallan? Or a hired actor?

Annoying Janelle said she dressed up as this weird guy for Halloween once. I hope she got rocks instead of candy during Trick Or Treating.
