Bellamy drove Clarke and Augustus home later that afternoon. Augustus begged Bellamy to stay the night again, and Bellamy couldn't say no. He had always had a weak spot for children, he would do anything they said if it would make them happy.

Clarke didn't know how she felt about Bellamy staying over again. Sure she was glad that her son was getting to know his dad, but it just felt awkward. Something had definitely shifted in Clarke and Bellamy's relationship. They weren't together and they weren't angry at each other, so what were they?

Clarke didn't tell Bellamy about the little encounter she had with Echo at the park. She decided not to tell him because she knew that he would confront her about it and it would just make Echo angrier. Clarke didn't want that. She also didn't want to admit that she was scared. Echo was pretty shady, she probably knew a few drug dealers that would do anything for money. But would Echo really go that far to keep Bellamy?

Augustus was knackered from playing at the park, he was really sleepy and you could tell that he was only trying to stay awake so that he could spend more time with Bellamy.

"Do you want to go to bed bub?" Clarke asked as she looked over at her son who was sitting in between her and Bellamy on the couch.

He shook his head no, but Clarke knew her son. She knew he was tired.

"Come on, you're tired," Clarke said as she reached for him.

Augustus swatted her away and then clung to Bellamy. Bellamy tried to hold in his laughter as Clarke looked at her son in question. He had never not done what she had said before.

"He's almost as stubborn as you are," Bellamy said as he chuckled.

"Hey, don't support this. He needs to go to bed," she hissed at Bellamy. All Bellamy could do was smirk as his son clenched his shirt, refusing to go to bed.

Clarke wasn't having this tonight, her son was obviously forcing himself to stay awake. He was going to be so tired and angry if he didn't sleep enough. "Augustus Matthew Blake, it's time for bed."

Augustus looked at his mom, he looked sad. His bottom lip quivered as tears filled his eyes.

He let out a quiet cry, grasping Bellamy's full attention. Bellamy lifted his son up and hugged him close.

"What's wrong Auggie? Why are you crying?" Bellamy asked, this resulted in Augustus crying more.

Clarke's stomach dropped, what was wrong with her son? Why didn't he want to go to bed?
Clarke sat down next to Bellamy on the couch, she watched her sons little red face as he cried while Bellamy hugged him.

"Auggie, baby. What's wrong?" Clarke questioned quietly to her son.

Augustus sucked in a breath. "I want to stay with Bellme," Augustus cried.

Clarke watched Bellamy's face look at her, he looked scared. Why did Augustus suddenly want to stay with Bellamy so badly?

Clarke rubbed the pad of her thumb over her sons soft cheek. "It's okay baby, Bellme's staying tonight. He'll be here when you wake up." Augustus stopped crying, he sniffled into Bellamy's shoulder. "Do you want Bellme to lay down with you while you go to sleep?"
