Hii I Finally wrote the second part lol. 
This part is a bit messy and rushed so I apologize beforehand. The next chapter if I make one in this lifetime should make more sense. Yeah and if someone wants to help me name it, that would be awesome and I would be really grateful :))

Karlheinz's POV
"Hmm it's again time for his medicine." I leave the work I'm doing and go to the safe for the serum I prepared for (M/n) so he stops aging. I've been giving him this 'medicine' for the past year and this should be one of his last dozes. I decided that I wouldn't turn him into a vampire since he could heal quickly and it is fun watching him in pain. As I go through the hall I feel (M/n)'s smell. "He's easier to sense now that he's older. I'm sure they noticed. Well that could be amusing as well." I chuckle as I start planing something to amuse myself. 
                          
(M/n)' POV
As I hear the door click I start shaking. "No NOT AGAIN!" I instinctively sit in the corner, close my eyes and pray for it only to be a nightmare. But it's not. He is coming closer and holds that weird thing which he calls a medicine. "Come on (M/n) be a good boy and drink this." He demands and goes slowly closer to me, making me more nervous. When he's in front of me he grabs me by my hair and forces me to drink that thing. After releasing me and I fall to the ground coughing. When I look at him I see his crazed eyes watching me while he begins to come closer to me. "No! Don't come any closer! Don't touch me!" I shout as loud as I can. "My my (M/n) what's wrong? You're acting silly. Should I train you again?" When he releases those words I slowly shake my head hoping that he won't do anything more than drink from me. "Hah, that's a good boy!" He calmly says and pats my head. Then in a blink of an eye he forcibly thrusts his fangs into my neck. "N-no stop.. it hurts.. ngh.. pl-please let me g-." "Ah (M/n) your blood is as good as always, but you don't really know when to shut your mouth do you..? ...Hmm the next time I'm giving you your medicine, should already keep you physically at this age and you shouldn't die in the process if there won't be any complications. Let's just hope there won't be any." When he whispers the last part to me I start shaking in terror. "I-is he planning something again?" Kalheinz then blows a kiss in my direction and leaves with a chuckle.
                          
Karlheinz's POV
"That church girl should come here soon right? Hmm that could make some things easier." 
                          
~1 month later ~
                          
3dr person POV
When Yui finally arrived bad things happened to her but she still remained positive. 
One day she finds a suspiciously placed key in her room so she decides to look around the mansion and find to which door does the key belong. Sometimes she has an encounter with one of the Sakamaki brothers and has some blood taken from her but that she is still determined to find the door. When she finally notices an old door she tries out the key and it works. Slowly entering the room and observing it, she mumbles quietly to herself. "This looks like a study but why is it closed? Oh! There is some sort attic in there." When she goes to this so called attic she finds this chained boy laying on the floor. "Oh my god! Are you okay?!" She screams and runs closer to him. When she's close enough she notices that he is sleeping and it looks like he is having a nightmare so Yui decides to wake him up. "Huh, w-who are you? What are you doing here?!" (M/n) questions Yui. "Huh what are you talking about? Are you one of the Sakamaki brothers? I thought they were only six.." When Yui brings up the name Sakamaki, (M/n) starts shaking. The blonde girl looks at him worriedly and quickly says. "I'm going to find one of your brothers and bring him here quickly so don't worry!" She then runs out of the room and searches for 'help'. 
"Reiji! One of your brothers is chained in a room and he looks ill!" She says as quickly as possible, leaving Reiji completely confused. "What is she talking about? I feel the presence of all my brothers and I also don't feel the presence of anyone else in the house unless it were in father's study." When Reiji realizes that there is someone else in the house he heads right to his father's study 'always felt this weird smell walking next to that door', attracting the attention of his brothers they come with him as well. When they finally enter they start feeling the strong smell of the unknown boy who is now in his corner expecting Karlheinz arrive at any moment. "Tch, so this is what father has been doing in here." Says Reiji unimpressed but mesmerized by his smell. "Aww what a cute little thing he was doing~~. What's your na~me~??" Asks curiously the fedora boy. However (M/n) is only mumbling "not again" all the time. While the Sakamaki brothers have a 'conversation' Reiji decides to look around his father's study and finds the last doze of the medicine with a letter on it. "Well you found him, good work, now I want you to give him this serum. The rest is up to you." Reiji chuckles and looks in (M/n)'s direction in amusement. Subaru then throws a fit "So this is were that old man has been all time?! And with a freaking human!" "Ooh come on~ it isn't that ba~d and this human smells really good!" Says Laito to calm Subaru down. "He does smell sweet." Agrees Kanato with a small smile. Reiji gets closer to (M/n) giving him the medicine the same way his father would. "Hm, I wonder how do you taste." Is the last thing (M/n) hears before someone bites his neck, and he passes out.
