"Noona!" 
I turn around and see Mark running towards me with a big smile on his face. I can't help but be happy whenever he's around me. The corners of my lips curve up into a smile and I automatically wave back. 
                          
He gets closer to me and bends down panting, out of breath. I laugh and say, "Why were you running?"
"Because... I... didn't want ...to miss you ...when the bus comes...." He said in between pants. 
I playfully pushed his shoulder and he laughed.

I'm sitting by the window with Mark next to me. We're sharing ear buds while nodding our heads side to side together. I lip sing while he actually sings and I burst out laughing at his exaggerated voice. He cleared his throat and his expression became serious as I was still trying to hold back my laugh. "Okay now, I'm being serious," he said.
He began singing and it was good. Then his voice cracked and we both bursted out laughing again. 
"It's just because I'm tired~!" He whined.

We got off the bus and are now walking around looking for street food. 
"I'm so hungry~~~" I whined. 
"Me too~" 
I was dragging my feet with every step that I took. Suddenly Mark went in front of me and quickly carried me on his back. "Yah!" I said surprised.
He laughed and said, "We'll take all day if we continue walking our pace. I got you ___!"
He started running and I tightly held onto him. "Yah! I'm too heavy for you to run! Let me down~!"
"You're as light as a feather! I can hold you all day!"

"Sorry...." Mark said embarrassingly. He eventually got tired so I forced him to let me down. "You really aren't heavy! It's probably because I need to gain muscles...." 
He flexed his arms and dropped them back down defeatedly. 
"No, it's okay." I said reassuringly. "I told you to let me down long time ago...." 
He had a determined face and said, "I promise Noona! I'll work out and carry you all the time!"
I laughed and shook my head, "No! It's okay! It's really really okay!"

We finally found some food and sat down to eat. "The fish cakes look so good...." I said almost drooling. Mark picked a stick up for me and held it to feed me. I was just about to take a bite until he pulled it away and ate it himself. He looked at me and laughed with his mouth full.
                          
He picked up another stick and offered to feed me again. I was hesitant but he didn't pull it away so I was able to eat it. "Thank you." 
"What else do you want to eat? Tteokbeokki?"
"Oh! Sounds good!" I exclaimed.
                          
The ahjumma heard and gave us a bowl of tteokbeokki. "Thank you~" we said together.
"You two make a cute couple." She said.
I looked at him and then back at the lady. "We're not-" 
"Thank you!" Mark suddenly cut me off and held onto my arm cutely as he smiled at the lady. 
For some reason, hearing that made me really happy.

We finished eating and are now walking around together. I was curious on why Mark acknowledged the ahjumma's statement earlier. We weren't even dating. So I gathered up my courage and said, "Hey Mark, why'd you say that earlier?"
"Hm? What?"
"You know, to that ahjumma."
"Oh that?" I nodded my head. "Because I like you." 
                          
My steps slowed down and I came to a stop. He...likes me?
Noticing that I wasn't walking besides him, he stopped and turned to face me with a smile. It was a smile I've never seen on him before. My heart started racing as he walked back towards me and said, "I like you noona. For a long time now. But...I was a worried to let you know because I was younger..."
He looked down but I kept my eyes on him. 
                          
"Psh there's not even a huge age gap between us..." I mumbled. 
His head jerked up and he looked at me with hopeful and excited eyes.
I chuckled at his expression and said, "I like you too." 
A smile spread throughout his whole face and he surprised me with a sudden embrace. He spun me around and I was laughing out of happiness. 
                          
He put me down and said, "You're not lying are you? This is real right? You like me too right?"
I laughed and said, "I'm not lying, this is real, and I like you too Mark."
Extremely happy, he hugged me again. 
                          
He slightly parted from the hug and suddenly gave me a quick peck. My eyes widened and I blinked multiple times. He smiled and said, "Can I kiss you?"
"Y-you just did..."
He shook his head and said, "A real kiss."
I was speechless and froze as I stared into his chocolate eyes. He took that as a yes and leaned closer towards me. My heart was about to explode as his lips inched closer to mine. 
                          
I stared at his lips the entire time until he was finally kissing me. I closed my eyes and felt his soft lips moving against mine. My lips curved into a smile and I kissed him back. His hand caressed my cheek as my hands naturally wrapped around his waist. 
                          
Because I like you. His words repeated over and over in my mind.
