Dewleaf yawned shaking the scraps of moss off her pelt. She walked out of the warrior den and stretched. She walked across the camp to the fresh kill pile and looked for a vole. There wasn't one I'll​ just have to get one myself she thought and walked out of camp to go hunting. She padded along the forest taking in the crisp scents. The air was nice and warm, yet it was colder than the day before. She walked along the familiar​ forest trails searching for prey scent. The bush in front of her rustled and she picked up the scent of a vole. She peeked under it and saw the tiny creature searching for nuts. DewLeaf Shuffled to the side then hit the bush with her paw. The vole darted out of the bush and she pinned it down with her paw.
                          
She swiftly killed it with a bite to it's neck. She carried back to camp stripepelt padded up to her. Do you want to eat she nodded and dug into her vole. Stripepelt smiled. "What!?" Dewleaf asked. HE shrugged "You ate it like that was your first vole!" Dewleaf laughed "tasted like it" She looked around and saw Foxstar walk into his den "i'll be right back" she said then walked over to him. "How are you?" she asked. He sighed "good, i just don't understand why she chose me to be leader" FoxStar sat down and curled his tail over his feet. She shrugged "It was for a reason" Dewleaf said rubbing his shoulder with her head. 
                          
It had been almost three moons since Foxstar became leader. The clan hadn't changed much besides Iceear had kits. They were two beautiful gray kits. The tom had tabby stripes and was named stormkit. The shecat was a pure darker gray and had blue eyes. She was named streamkit. The tom had darker blue eyes. DewLeaf popped into the nursery to see how they were doing. They were sleeping so she walked over to the medicine den. mousseed nodded to her "How are you?" dewleaf said great then sat down. She suddenly felt something move inside her.
