"I'm just waiting for Liv and Rachel." Blake groans from in front of me at the mention of Olivia's name.
Lucas and I both laugh at his reaction. "When are they coming?" Blake asks.
"Relax, she isn't coming inside, they're just picking me up." I inform him.
"Good, she's always flirting with me. It just gets weird sometimes." Blake shakes his head, while Lucas lets out a chuckle.
"Hey, that's mean." I say with a fake frown. "But true." Lucas chuckles, agreeing with Blake.
After a while of thinking to myself and listening to Blake and Lucas shout at their game, there's a honk from outside. I get up and walk over to the door, slipping on my shoes before leaving out the front door. When I turn around, I wave to Olivia and Rachel who are waiting in Olivia's little white car.
"Hi!" Olivia says excitedly when I get into the backseat.
"Ready to go shopping?" Rachel says, turning to face me from the passenger seat.
"I'm always ready to shop." I giggle, buckling my seatbelt.
As soon as we entered the mall, Olivia was already scoping out her next boyfriend. We hadn't even made our way into a store before she started checking out every guy we passed by.
"What about him?" Rachel points towards a boy with black hair that reaches the tip of his nose, with a pair of squared glasses that frame his face. He's sitting in a booth at the food court with a couple of other guys at his table.
Olivia hums before responding. "He's not bad, but not my type." She shakes her head, causing Rachel to roll her eyes. "You do this every time."
"I'm sorry, but I miss being someone's center of attention." Olivia pouts.
"Oh come on!" Rachel giggles. "You have guys swooning for you all the time." She adds.
"I do not." She protests, crossing her arms over her chest.
Rachel rolls her eyes again. "Just because it's not a guy you want, doesn't mean it doesn't count." I giggle, "she's not wrong Liv."
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." She says with a smile on her face.
Suddenly I'm crashing into the back of Rachel when she stops at a rack of clothes we were passing by. "This is so cute!" She gushes, holding the shirt up to her torso showing us.
"A little warning would be nice next time." I groan rubbing my nose.
Olivia gasps. "You would look so hot in that." Rachel nods, holding it in her hand and searching through the rest of the rack.

After a couple of hours at the mall, Olivia dropped both Rachel and me off at home. Olivia was successful with getting a guy's number before we left. The whole ride to my place, she was already planning out their first date. Poor guy doesn't know what he got himself into.
I kick my shoes off, closing the door behind me and locking it. I make my way upstairs and knock on Lucas' door. "Come in." I hear him yell from the other side.
I turn the handle as the door swiftly swings open. Lucas and Blake are sat on his bed, with a few papers scattered around them. They both look up towards me, waiting for me to speak. I didn't expect him to still be here.
"Rachel and Liv want you guys to go to the beach with us soon." I say.
"Olivia will just be flirting with me the whole time." Blake whines, slouching back against the headboard.
"Suck it up man, they're hot, just go." Lucas chuckles.
"Lucas shut up. You two don't have a choice anyway." Blake lets out a long sigh, "that's not fair." He pouts, tossing the paper he is holding to his left side.
"She's currently planning a date with another guy. You'll be fine." Lucas chuckles, "missed your chance, my guy." He teases, causing Blake to just shake his head unamused.
"Oh while you're here, can you help us with our project?" Lucas asks. The last time Lucas asked me to help with his assignment I ended up finishing it, never again.
"Yeah, we don't understand." Blake sits back up.
"Well, what do you have to do?" I ask as I walk over to them and take a seat on the edge of the bed, picking up one of the papers and reading it.
"It's science. We have to make something that can turn dirty water into clean water." Blake says.
"Um, you're doing this in high school? I did this in like seventh grade."
"Well great! So you can help us." Lucas says with a smile on his face.
"I'm not going to help you. Just search it up, it's easy." I state as I get up and walk out of the room.
I head back to my bedroom and change into a pair of black sweatpants and a plain grey t-shirt that hangs loosely on my body. I pull my hair up into a messy bun, getting comfortable in bed and searching for something on Netflix. I end up deciding to just put Friends on once again. I can't count how many times I've watched it, but it's a classic.

About an hour into watching the show, I hear a knock on my door. Being the lazy person I am, I don't bother to get up, instead just yell for them to come in. I turn my head to see Blake standing in the doorway. Blake? I was expecting Lucas.
I furrow my eyebrows in confusion as he starts talking. "Uh, do you know where Lucas went? He said he was going to the bathroom but it's been a while and he's not even in there." He says, scratching the back of his neck.
"That's weird. Did you check the living room and the kitchen?"
"Yeah, even the basement." I throw the covers off of me and start walking towards him.
He moves to the side so I can walk passed him. I go down the stairs, with Blake trailing behind me. I look around seeing if I can find any sign of Lucas. We turn to face each other when we start to hear talking from outside on the front porch.
"Is he outside?" Blake asks.
He steps closer to the door and stands still for a few seconds until he decides to open the door. When he opened the door, my jaw dropped open. Lucas was standing there, making out with Sabrina. Sabrina and I have a history, mostly bad history and Lucas knows exactly why.
When they heard the door swing open, Lucas pulled away from Sabrina. He turns to both of us with a shocked expression on his face. "Lucas, what are you doing?" I yell at him.
Sabrina looks over to me and smirks, knowing that seeing her with my brother, irritates me. What a bitch.
"Um, I-I, uh." Lucas stutters. I cross my arms over my chest, waiting for an answer. Blake is standing beside me with a confused look.
"Alyssa look, I'm sorry. I-I didn't mean for you to find out this way." Lucas says as he scratches the back of his neck awkwardly.
"Wait, so you guys are a thing?" Blake asks, pointing towards Sabrina and Lucas.
"Of course we are." Sabrina smiles slyly, looking towards me once again. She brings up her arm to rest a hand on Lucas' chest.
I look between the both of them before backing away from the door. As soon as I felt the tears stinging my eyes, I turned around and rushed back up to my bedroom. How could he do this?
