"Oi!" Naruto yelled from the distance. Sasuke and I turned around and saw the whole group approaching us. "Did you two just stay here for 3 whole hours?" Ino asked and sat beside me. Sasuke stood up and leaned against the oak tree.

Guess he's back to his cold distant self...

"No." I say. "Then what did you do?" Tenten asked and took a seat on my other side. "What did you do?" I repeated. "G-guys if Sa-Sakura doesn't want t-to tell then we s-shouldn't keep asking h-her." Hinata said and stood beside Ino. "Hinata's right." Temari agreed and stood beside Tenten. I chuckled. The other girls faces lit up with smiles. "Well it's that time of year again!" Ino yelled and stood up. "Yup, we better hurry or we'll miss it!" Tenten said and grabbed my hand.
I looked around and saw Lee and Shino having a nice chat. Chouji, Shikamaru, Gaara, and Kankuro were talking with each other. Lastly Naruto and Sasuke were arguing again.
I looked over at Sasuke. He was staring at me again. I felt my eyes widen and cheeks burning. "Hey! Earth to Sakura!" Temari said and waved her hand in front of my face. "W-wha?" I muttered out. "Did something happen between you and Sasuke? It seems like you guys are pretty awkward with each other." Tenten pointed out. "Y-you can tell u-us, Sa-Sakura." Hinata said. They all circled me. "Nothing..." I say and smiled a little. "Nothing happened." "Mmhmm. Suuurrrreeeee~" they teased (minus Hinata). "S-seriously, nothing did happen!" I denied. "Alright~ if you say so~"
I sighed but then smiled as we walked over to the river that was close by. This was the place where we always watched the fireworks at the end of the carnival. It had the prefect view as there was a little hill right beside it.

The girls went over to their boyfriends (Ino going over to Kiba, Shino, and Chouji). Everyone seemed to be having fun. I sat down on the soft grass and enjoyed the night sky filled with twinkling stars. There was soft breeze in the air. I smiled. this was the perfect scenery.

Are you watching, brother? Are you watching me—us, from heaven...?

(A/N: To those who are confused: Yes, Sasori appeared earlier in the chapters. But later on he disappears and is assumed dead. The reason why it wasn't written in the earlier chapters is because Sakura was busy. Sorry for making it confusing ;-;)

I continued to stare at the sky and didn't notice Sasuke who sat beside me. "Hn. Why are you crying?" He asked. "No. It's nothing." I said and wiped the tears away. "There has to be a reason for your tears." He says and looked at the water. "I j-just thought of my brother." I whispered and looked at the stars. "I see." He mutters out. The more I look at the sky, the more I think about him. I couldn't stop the tears from falling out. They kept flowing and flowing. I felt a warm pair of arms secure me into a tight embrace. I looked up and saw Sasuke. "I had a brother too." He says. "....but now, he's gone."
I felt my body shake and now I was crying on Sasuke's shoulders. He didn't move. He stayed and kept on hugging me. He whispered four words into my ear, "Let it all out."

And before I knew it I was letting out all my sadness and anger.

BOOM!

I looked up and saw fireworks. I looked back at Sasuke who was admiring the colourful, lit up sky. He turned to look at me and wiped a tear that escaped from my eyes. "You done letting it all out?" He questioned. I felt relived. I felt happy. I don't understand why I was feeling this but I liked it; The feeling of safety and secureness. "Yes." I answered. "Good." Sasuke says. "Thank you..." I say quietly. Sasuke pat my head two times. I looked up.

And for the first time, I saw him smile.
