Richard glanced away from his laptop when his phone started ringing. He looked at the screen and saw Dave's name flashing for the incoming call.
                          
"Dave," he said as he answered the phone. "Tell me you have some good news."
                          
"I do. I think I found what you want."
                          
"Location?"
                          
"Zambales."
                          
"Wait... Olongapo? Subic?" Richard asked.
                          
"Nope. Masinloc," Dave answered.
                          
Richard frowned. "Gaano kalayo sa Manila?"
                          
"Six hours."
                          
"Damn."
                          
"No go?"
                          
"Maganda ba yung lugar?"
                          
"I'll email you the pictures. I think this perfectly fits what you're looking for. Nakatayo yung bahay sa bundok and right beside the mountain is the sea, as in pwede kang magpatihulog sa dagat kung trip mo, you just need to walk a few kilometers from the house to get to the edge," Dave answered him. "Not much rehab needed. Actually mukhang di nga kailangan. Konting update lang if you want to transform it into mint condition, pero I think it looks good enough. Private resort din sya but the owner has to close it down dahil di na kakayanin ang maintenance cost at naghahanap na lang ng buyer. It has an infinity pool dude, with the view of the ocean. Breathtaking, pare. May malapit na waterfalls sa mismong bahay pero di na exclusive sayo, unless you wanna do something about that. Check your email now."
                          
Richard quickly pulled up his email on the computer and checked his inbox. He clicked Dave's email.
