Zivas POV 5:00pm
                          
Tony and I were stuck in traffic in LA again. This is our first time back in LA since Jenny died. We are with Gibbs this time but he said that the mission is over but we still have 2 more days here. Tony rented a black 3 seater convertible an the top is down. Horns blaring around us. "Tony I do not think we are going to get out of this for a while". "At least I am here with you and not Gibbs or Probie" Tony said. I yawned an blinked my eyes. "You can lay your head in my lap if your sleepy" Tony said patting his lap. I thought about it for a second then rested my head down in his lap. I snuggled up to him and smiled up at him. "You look very pretty today Ziva". "Thank you" I said blushing a little. "Why don't you sit in my lap. That will probably be more comfortable" Tony suggested. I sat up and smirked at him. "Ok". I unbuckled my seatbelt and sat in Tonys lap. I leaned against the door and put my arms around his neck. I smiled at him and he gave a cheeky grin back. A police bike came by the car. "I am letting you know that there has been a reck so we will not be moving for maybe a few hours" he said on the bullhorn so the other cars could hear. "Ugh" I said. "At least I can have you in my lap for a few hours" Tony said cheekily. I smacked his chest and nuzzled my nose into his neck. I yawned again and snuggled up to him. Tony put his arms around me and I smiled. We watched the sunset on the ocean horizon then it got dark. Most of all the cars had there headlights off so the inside of the car glowed a faint green from all of the buttons and the radio. I looked at Tony and smiled. I climbed out of his lap and sat next to him in the car. "This is romantic" I said smiling at him. We started to lean in closer for a kiss but then there was a

from the car behind us. We spread apart and noticed that we were moving again. I blushed and Tony started the car again. We got back to the hotel and went to our separate rooms that are across the hall from each other. I paced around my room thinking about what almost happened in the car. I desperately raked at my hair trying to think about what to do. I do like Tony...like a lot, but there are rules. Oh to heck with the rules. I went to my door and opened it so I could confront him in his room but Tony was already standing there when I opened it. Next thing I know Tonys lips are pressed against mine. I pulled him into my room because he is sharing a room with Gibbs. Tony shut the door and pulled away from my lips. "Now that must have reminded you of a movie" I said. "It did". Tony pulled me into another kiss. He gently pressed me against the wall and ran his fingers through my hair. Tony...oh Tony. He is so sweet, gentle, and caring. I pulled away and started to walk to the couch. I sat down and Tony came over next to me. "Why don't we go to the pool tomorrow" I suggested. "Sure that sounds perfect".
                          
Next day 10am 
                          
I tied my bikini and grabbed my towel. I stepped out of my hotel room and Tony was waiting for me. "Well hey sexy" he said playfully. I smiled at him and we walked to the elevator. The doors closed and Tony pressed me up agains the elevator wall. "stop that" I said poking him. "One kiss". I planted a kiss on his lips and he let go of me when the doors opened. We walked out of the elevator and to the pool. Tony had his arm around my shoulder as we walked out to the pool. There were a few people by the pool but no kids which was weird. I went and sat in a deck chair and grabbed the sunscreen out of my bag. "Here let me do the sweet cheeks" Tony said. "Ok". I handed Tony the sunscreen and he started to rub it on my back. Tony finished and he planted kisses on the back of my neck. "Stop what if Gibbs sees us" I hissed. "Ok". "Well I am going to take a dip in the pool" I said getting up from the chair. I walked to the edge of the pool and looked back at Tony. He was looking at me like a rabid dog. I winked at him then dove in the deep end. 
                          
Tonys POV 
                          
Ziva dove in the pool and I watched her swim around. Ziva swam over to the edge and put her arms over the edge then rested her chin on them. Ziva smiled at me and flicked some water on me. I smirked at her. Ziva pushed her self up over the side and I watched her climb out of the pool. Ziva walked over to me and flicked water on me again. "Hey come here you" I said pulling her onto me. Ziva sat on my stomach smiling brightly at me. "Your eyes are sparkling Ziva" I said putting my arms around her. Ziva giggled and planted a kiss on my lips. "Probably because I am in love with you" she said between kisses. "I love you too Ziva". We pulled away and smiled. Ziva sat in my lap and and nuzzled her wet back into my chest. Ziva laid in my lap for awhile then she got up and laid in her chair to tan. When we got back to the hotel room Ziva was brown as a berry but she look gorgeous as always. I gave her a kiss then we went to our separate rooms. When I walked in the room Gibbs was out on the balcony. "Hey boss" I said sitting my bag down. "Hey DiNozzo. So how was the pool". "It was good. Ziva tanned while I watched a movie on my phone. She kept splashing me when she got in the pool though" I said walking into the bathroom. "Ha I bet you enjoyed that" he laughed.
                          
Zivas POV 
                          
I shut my door and walked into the bathroom to get a shower. I hopped in the shower and let the water run down my back. Tony is so sweet and handsome and he is just...oh I can't stop thinking about him. I feel 17 again. I got out and dried my hair then started to get dressed. My phone on the bed as I slipped on my jeans. It was a text from Tony. 
                          
T: You look beautiful today. I can't remember if I have already told you that today but I just want'ed you to know. I love you. 
                          
Even his text are sweet. I plopped on my bed and started to swung my feet back and forth against the bed. I bit my lip an smiled as I thought of him. I grabbed my white t-shirt from the desk and slipped it on the slipped on my sandals. I grabbed my phone and texted Tony. 
                          
Z: You are sweet. And I love you too. Hey do you and Gibbs want to go eat some lunch? 
                          
T: Sure we will be right out. 
                          
I went to the mirror in my hall way and looked at my self. I decided to leave my hair down in soft curls. I went to there door and knocked. Tony opened the door and y face lit up with a smile. "Hi Tony" I said cheerfully. "Are you almost ready" I asked. "Almost just let me fix my hair" he said. "Your hair looks fine. Just let me...". I ran my fingers through his hair fixing the bumps and smoothing It down a little. "There now, I think it looks better than when you put 10 pounds of jell in it" I said putting my hand his cheek. Tony walked over an looked in the mirror. "Yea it does look better" he said. "Hey you two ready" Gibbs called from the back. "Yes, we are ready Gibbs" I said. I gave Tony a quick kiss before I stepped farther away from him. "I saw that" Gibbs said chuckling. "Opps" Tony said smiling. "Oh don't worry you two. It was going to happen eventually" he said. I smiled and pulled Tony into a kiss. Tony bit my lip and I pulled away and smacked his cheek playfully. "No biting" I said smiling. Tony frowned then I saw Gibbs's hand contact the back of his head. "Don't bite her DiNozzo" he said walking to the elevator. I started to laugh and I followed Gibbs with Tony behind me. I felt a hand on my backside and I jumped up. "Brown berry ninja is skittish" he said running his hand up my back and smiling. "That is not funny" I whined. Tony leaned over and kissed my ear. "Sorry sweetie" he whispered planting another kiss on my ear. We ate lunch at a pizza place by the beach threw walked out of the place. "You two can have the car. I'll take a cab" Gibbs said. "Are you sure boss". "Yea go have fun". Gibbs left and we went to the car. "So what so you want to do Ziva" Tony asked. I looked over at Tony and leaned in to kiss him. "This is all I want to do right now" I said kissing him. Tony let the top up on the convertible then started to kissed me hard and I giggled. Then he bit me again. "You want to go there" I said. I plunged my tongue into his mouth and Tony gave a slight gasp. I smiled at his reaction and pressed him up against the door. "Whoa there my ninja" he said pulling away from me. "Why don't we go back to the hotel before we traumatize some passing by kids". I blushed and let Tony up. "Sorry" I said shyly. "It's ok sweet cheeks". Tony started to drive back to the hotel and I snuggled up to him and started to kiss his ear. "Stop that" he said. "No" I kept kissing him. Tony pinched my arm. "Oww" I whined rubbing my arm and scooting away from him. Tony stopped at the light and I pouted at him. "I am sorry" he said. "Hmm" I huffed. Tony stated to drive again and he put his hand on my thigh. I pinched his hand. Tony pulled up to the hotel and I jumped out of the car. "Ziva wait" Tony called I turned around and crossed my arms. Tony came over and wrapped his arms around me. I kept my arms crossed. "I am sorry for pinching you". Tony looked at me lovingly. "Ok" I said. I pulled away from Tonys arms and started to walk to the hotel. "Hey don't I get a kiss" Tony said. I just kept walking then I heard Tony following me. I smiled through the lobby and we stepped into the elevator. The doors closed and I pulled Tony closer. He pressed me up against the wall and kissed me.

In Zivas hotel room. 
                          
I snuggled up to Tonys naked body. He was leaned against the back board and sitting up slightly. Tony kissed the top of my head and I smiled. "You are so beautiful" Tony said nuzzling his nose into my hair. I giggled at him. There was a knock at the door. "You two decent" I heard Gibbs. "No" I said smiling. "Well at least cover your selfs". "Ok". I started to kiss Tonys warm lips and I swung my leg over him but stayed snuggled to his side. I heard the door open. "Hey cut that out" Gibbs said throwing a pillow at us that was on the floor. I pulled away and looked at Gibbs and gave a week smile. "Sorry Gibbs" I said. "Our plane leaves at 5 in the morning tomorrow. And you have to keep this out of the office" Gibbs said pointing at me and Tony. "Yes boss". 
                          
Tonys POV 
                          
Ziva nuzzled into my neck and I gave a cheeky grin to Gibbs as he walked out. He glared at me but I just kept smiling. Ziva giggled and wrapped her arms around my neck. "Oh Tony you are so sweet" she said playing kisses on my cheek. "I love you Ziva". "I love you too Tony"
