"Let's hope this doesn't mean Prussia's going on another wild goose chase for a dead person." England muttered as Japan picked the card up and put it with his other cards.
III - The Empress
"This is the other Prussia we ran into on our side of the maze." France said, standing by the other card and holding it up. "I believe he called himself the Emperor."
"Mm, I was wondering when this one was going to appear." Japan said, walking over to the frenchman and taking the card from him.
"Italy must think very highly of him to put him in such a role." Russia commented. "If it were my choice, he would probably be the Fool."
"But if it were your choice, then you would be the Fool!" Canada pointed out. Russia frowned very slightly.
"Very true." He said simply.
IV - The Emperor
"Open up, dammit!" Prussia wasn't too far from where they found the cards. He was at the end of the hall, banging on a door and yelling. "Austria!"
"He locked the door?" France asked, looking between the door and Prussian.
"Yea!"
"Hm, how do we get in there?" England asked, crossing his arms and putting a hand on his chin. France walked forwards, a smirk on his face.
"We may be missing one, but we're still stronger together!" He said confidently, walking right next to Prussia.
"Ja wohl!" The former nation agreed. The two backed up slightly, glaring at the door.
"Un...deux..." France counted down.
"DREI!!" Prussia yelled as the two ran forwards, slamming their shoulders into the door. The door gave a shudder, but it didn't budge. France rubbed the back of his neck, shaking his head.
"Grah, we need one more." He said. There was a small pause that seemed to last for hours. No one seemed to want to step up as the third. Well...almost no one.
"I'll do it." Germany offered, going to his brother's side. "We need to get to him quickly." Prussia nodded, a grin plastered on his face.
"Danke, West!"
"Un..." France began as the three all began to back up again.
"Zwei...." Prussia continued.
"DREI!!" Germany finished as they rushed forwards, managing to knock the door down completely. As they all tumbled in, the rest of the group all rushed in after them.
The room was rather small in comparison to the grand rooms of the castle before it. It almost looked like Austria's room back in the real world. And sitting right across from the door was Austria and another Prussia. Austria looked a bit surprised to see the group suddenly crash through the door while the Prussia looked less than pleased.
"...Hm?" was all the Austrian managed, standing up and setting a tea cup down.
"Oh look, company." The fake Prussia said, almost bitterly. He was glaring at each of them, especially the real Prussia with the group. "I had a feeling we'd have uninvited guests."
"Yes, good call." Austria agreed, not taking his eyes off of the group. The real Prussia scrambled back up, pulling out his sword and pointing it at the fake him.
"All right, you monster!" He growled. "What did you do to Austria!?" Austria folded his arms.
"...I'm right here you know." He said. This surprised the group. Normally, victims didn't even recognize their own names, but with Austria? This was....unusual, to say the least.
