I have to admit it. You looked pathetic and so fucking sweet.
                          
I thought you would never say those words; I thought you only looked at me as a rival. But we were never rivals. We were always... one.
                          
I found it hard to admit. My pride was too great for me to let myself be convinced that what I felt inside me was more then a simple stomachache when I saw you smile.
                          
You smiled, I smiled.
                          
"Sasuke, I like you."
                          
Why do you look at the floor? I asked myself when you were in front of me. You looked so nervous and I could see how you clenched your fists. Was it that hard for you to come to me?
                          
I felt how my heart began to beat faster; I thought that it was going to jump out of my chest at any moment and scream about how happy it was.
                          
But it wasn't like that, I had to push and risk myself to say those words I've been anxiously waiting to say one day.
                          
"So, do you want to go out with me, Naruto?"
                          
Accept, accept. I mentally repeated to myself, but, it seemed you couldn't speak. Perhaps... were you surprised? Or disappointed?
                          
I had to take a bit of courage to bring my hand up to your face... so warm. I felt how you shook before my touch and began shaking, your cheeks turned red and your eyes opened at once. You touched my hand... you closed your eyes.
                          
"I want to spend the rest of my life, with you."
                          
Naruto, you really do take the best out of me.
