Tonys POV 9:00pm
                          
I put on my hoodie then stepped out of the convenient store into the rain. When I got to the next block I saw a woman sitting out in the rain in a long blue dress crying. As I walked closer I figured out who it was. "Ziva...?". She looked up with a tear streaked face. "Go away Tony" she said. I took off my jacket and put it over her. "Tony your going to freeze". "Your worth it. Come on I am taking you to my place" I said picking her up from the stoop. "Tony why are you doing this for me". "I told you your worth it". I got her back to my apartment. "You can get a shower if you like" I said. "I do not have any other clothes Tony" she said. "You can borrow a t-shirt and jogging pants from me". "Ok" she sniffled and walked into my room. I heard the water turn on. I went in my room and got Ziva a big T shirt and pants. Then I started to hear singing from the bathroom.

Guess she gave you things I didn't give to you.

Ziva's voice took my breath away. Then the singing stop and the water turned off. The bathroom door opened and Ziva stepped out with the towel wrapped around her. "Feel better?" I asked. "No but it is a start". Ziva walked over to me. "Ziva what happened" I asked. Ziva look down at the floor and started to sniffle. She started to full out cry and she embraced me into a hug. Ziva cried into my chest. "Tony. H-He cheated on me" she cried. "Ray. He cheated on you". "Yes. I got all dressed up to meet him tonight. I got to the restaurant and he was kissing another woman in a booth. I-I went up to him an he pulled away from the woman and gave me a disgusted look. Then he got up and walked right past me and left" she cried. "Ziva I do not even have word to describe how mad I am. He is a jerk and if you want me to shot him I will do it with a smile" I pulled her out of my chest and looked at her tear streaked face. "Ziva anyone that would drop an amazingly beautiful woman like you they must be mentally challenged. Forget him Ziva. You are too good for him, you are too perfect" I said wiping the tears of her cheek. "T-thank you Tony". I kissed her forehead. I let Ziva get dressed and went and sat on the couch. A few minuets later Ziva stepped out of my room in my clothes, she came and sat on the other side of the couch. I looked at her "Ziva you want to watch a movie". "I guess". I put a movie in and looked back at Ziva. She was shivering. "Ziva your shaking. Do you want a blanket". "No I am fine" she said. I went and sat next to her. "No your not". "Ok I am freezing". I got up and got Ziva a blanket. I wrapped the blanket around her. "Tony will you lay under the blanket with me". "Sure" I laid down on the couch and Ziva crawled up onto my chest. I spread the blanket over us and Ziva nuzzled her nose into my neck. "Tony, Ray was not right for me but I think I do know how is" she said. "Who Adam?" I said. "Of course not. T-That was a mistake. This man, is very special to me and has always had my back". She snuggled up to me. "Will you tell me who it is?" I asked. "No" she said sternly but still saying nuzzled up to me. "Ziva please tell me. Maybe I can help you". "You can not help me with hi because he does not love me". "If you tell me maybe I can help find that out for you for sure". She sprung up from my arms and looked me dead I the eyes. "It is you Tony. Now good night". She stomped off to the bedroom and slammed the door. What? she's in love with me. I got up from the couch. I knocked on the bedroom door. "Ziva, love, please opened the door" I said in a caring voice. "No". "Please open up baby". "Why are you calling me baby and love?" she asked sniffling behind the door. "Because...I love you Ziva David" I said. She opened the door and looked at me with tears streaming down her face. She still looked beautiful. "You do love me?" she asked. "I always have". Ziva took a step closer to me and caressed my cheek. "Really?". I cupped her face and pulled her into a kiss. We kissed for a few seconds then pulled away and I put our foreheads together. Ziva smiled. "Really" I said kissing her lips softly. She giggled quietly. "Tony...you will never cheat on me right". "Never. I do not think I have the heart to break yours". "Good. Ok let's go to bed" she said pulling me into the bedroom. We laid down under the covers and Ziva snuggled up to me. "I love you" she said. "I love you more sweet cheeks" I said kissing her temple. "Ray is a fool to treat you like that Ziva" I whispered in her ear. We fell asleep in each other's arms and it was the best sleep I have ever had. 
                          
Next morning
                          
I woke up to the sound of Zivas beautiful voice ringing through the apartment. She was singing Caught in A Storm from Smash.

By the time she had gotten to that line I was already standing behind her in front of the open fridge listening. I wrapped my arms around her and she jumped a little. "How long were you listening Tony". "Long enough to know how beautiful your voice is" I said kissing her ear. "Keep singing for me?" I asked her. "No I do not like to sing in front of people". "Please Ziva" I whined kissing her neck. "Ok....ugh the things I do for you".

Oh I love her so much. "There I sang for you". Ziva twirled around so she was facing me. "You are so beautiful" I said to her as I gave her a peck on the lips. She giggled and smiled at me. Ziva shut the fridge and I backed her up against the door. "Tony..." she gasped playfully as I put my hand on the back side of her thigh. 
                          
Zivas POV 
                          
Tony had his hand on my thigh and me back against his fridge. This is exactly what I have wanted to happen and now it is. I put my hand on the one Tony had on my thigh and intertwined our fingers. He pulled me into a passionate kiss. Then there was a knock at the door. I pulled away and sighed "moment ruiners" Tony grumbled
                          
Under his breath and I smiled. We went to the door. "Ray what are you doing here" I asked surprised and angry. "For you. Come on Ziva" he grabbed my arm as tried to pull me out of the apartment. "Oh no ya don't" Tony said pulling him off of me. "She's staying here with me. You broke her heart" He snapped pushing him against the wall. "Ziva you want to come with me. I am your boyfriend". "Not anymore. Tony is" I said planting a kiss in on Tonys lips. "You piece of crap" Ray said to Tony then throwing a punch and hitting Tony. "Ahh" his nose started to bleed. I jumped t Ray and tackled him to he ground. "Do not touch Tony again or next time I will not spare you". I got up and kicked him in the face then slammed the door. I went to Tony. "Aww my poor baby" i said handing him a napkin. It stoped bleeding. "Maybe a kiss will make it better" he said. I smiled at him and gave him a kiss on his forehead. He pouted at me. "Tony do not pout". "A kiss please" he asked. "You are going to have to catch me" i said running from him. I ran into the bedroom and hid behind the little love seat he had in his room. Then some one grabbed my feet and pulled me out. Tony picked me up from the floor and kissed me. I love him so much.
