You loved it when I bloomed and that would become our doom
When autumn came, you didn't know what to do
You faded away as the leaves changed Colour
The first snow falls, welcoming winter.
And you disappeared as quickly as the sun's warmth.
I prayed for spring to stay away, so you won't come back
But the snow melts and the first bloom reappears
Forgive me god, but I let you in again and hold you dear.
Summer arrives and I always wear a smile, but inside I'm hoping and praying that you won't walk away
Because the flowers you planted will wilt the next day
That's the problem.
You learned to love my flower but not my roots
