"Logan, keep Rose safe." I ordered him which would allow me to focus on this much needed battle.

I stalked towards my father and Hayden slowly, watching their every movements. They seemed confident that they would win. I wonder why. In all the supernatural creatures that are known in the present, none have the ability to fly unless they are well over a couple millennia in age. Which I obviously was not.

Hayden lunged forward aiming a punch towards my head. I was surprised at how slow it was. Was he always this slow? This weak? How could I have come from the same lineage as this pup?

Using my left hand I caught the punch with a loud thud. The force of it not enough to cause me to flinch. I stood like a rock as I stared into my brothers bewildered eyes. He must now know that I am not the same as before. That I will not cow down to his puny whims.

I let go of his hand and he instantly dropped back to stand next to father. Coward, he retreats so easily. If you come into another Alpha's territory and attack his Mate, then retreat is a the lowest form tactics. The respect lost due this actions will not go unnoticed.

"Father. Something's wrong. Michael has never been this strong." Hayden told my father who was still studying me with squinted eyes.

"Nonsense. He is still the same runt, unfit to be a Hayes." My father stated loudly which earned growls from my pack, which just arrived behind me. This was probably Logan's doing but it helps in dealing with stubborn wolves. "Boy!" My father shouted towards me in a tone of voice that could only be considered demeaning. "I command to be taken to your Alpha. We have business to discuss towards the kidnapping of our future Luna."

"The Alpha does not speak to weaklings who cannot fight by themselves." I told him, angering him on purpose in hopes that he decides to fight me one-on-one. That way I can settle this without the bloodshed of an entire pack. "More to the fact." I began knowing this would upset my brother. "You willing gave up your right for the Luna the moment she was forcibly mated."

"Lies. It was willing!" My brother shouted at me as his anger rose. However, my father had more control of his. Although his face was red in anger, he didn't snap. He only watched me carefully.

"Only on your part, brother. But what about hers? How is being locked in a cage, willing?" I told him as I noticed him take a few steps forwards. "And you father, letting that situation take hold, proves that you are unfit to be an Alpha. You should rather disband the pack and gi-" I was cut off by my father charging towards me.

Shifting into his large multi-coloured wolf in midair, he closed the distance in mere seconds. Him losing control was quicker than I thought. For an Alpha, this is not a good sign.

Just before he reached me I decided to put him down a peg. I jumped forwards just to the left of him and shot my right hand out. I grabbed his throat and continuing with my forward momentum I launched him backwards into my brother. The Grentwich pack, my old pack, gasped in surprise, unable to fully understand what just happened. My own pack, on the other hand, were only amazed at how much stronger I have become outside of my shadow wolf form.

"Everyone, attack!" Hayden shouted, and a hesitant Grentwich pack began making their way towards me, before beginning to charge.

I shifted my weight towards them as black smoke began to leak from my body. Many of the packs eyes became wide, not understanding what was happening to me. Hayden and my father were still on the sidelines not doing anything but watching. What kind of Alpha lets others fight for him?

Smoke covered my entire body just before I stepped out of it. But this time, it was not my shadow wolf form that emerged but something I can't explain. What kind of form is this? How is this possible?

My hands grew and formed large claws with pitch black talons, my black hair grew down to my shoulder blades as it turned pure white. Black horns sprouted from my forehead and bent backwards before pointing to the heavens. A large thick scaled tail sprouted from just above my buttocks and swayed its full to meter length behind me. Two large leathery wings tipped with a talon each, sprouted from my back and stretched outwards. The whites of my eyes faded into black, and the irises began to glow golden. What the hell was I?

But I couldn't dwell on my new change, I needed to stop this fight before any unnecessary bloodshed was spilled.

The Grentwich pack stopped their charge and began to back away in fear.

"Attack!" Hayden shouted as our father began to stalk towards Logan and Rose. When the pack didn't move an inch forward but rather a few backwards, Hayden shouted again. "Attack you worthless wolves!" The pack stopped their retreat and instead turned their heads towards Hayden. It would seem that the disrespect he has shown them and the respect he had already lost earlier, has enabled the pack to take a stand against him. The dropped their blood lust and bowed their heads slightly in my direction, indicating that their fight was over and that they would no longer be participating. I returned the gesture.

"Worthless mutts!" Hayden shouted and began to walk towards them. Anger filling his entire body.

I sped to the gap between the pack and Hayden, and watched with curious eyes. I would not allow him to hurt a pack that is no longer willing to fight. The fact that they were apart of my traumatic past meant nothing at this moment and instead I was showing them what an Alpha was supposed to be.

"What are you?" Hayden shouted causing our father to look in our direction. His eyes widened when he saw me, then anger filled him. Growling he changed his direction towards me. "You're an abomination! A freak! You shouldn't even exist!" My brother kept shouted, yet the fact that he hadn't shifted didn't go unnoticed by me.

"Shifting would probably help." I told my brother. "You can't hope to defeat me without it." I told him giving him some hope that he could in fact defeat me.

With anger, he shifted into his light coloured wolf and stood next to father. Both growling towards me. Chuckling softly I watched as they separated to attack me from both sides.

Hayden was the first to attack from my left, with father not to far behind from the right. I twisted to the left and grabbed the Hayden's brown wolf by the side of his head and with my tail a wrapped it around fathers body. I continued the motion of twisting left and sent father crashing into the trees that lines the yard. Hayden on the other hand, I sent barreling into his pack who stood firm. He bounced into the first lines before falling to the ground with a loud thud,

I turned my attention to father who was now back on his unsteady feet. He stalked towards me, unwilling to accept defeat. He found some strength and charged at me once more.

I built it as much power as I could muster and disappeared, within an instant I closed the ten meter distance while raising my right arm. I now stood on the left side of my father.

I brought it down on top of my fathers back smashing him into the ground. Cracking and cratering it beneath him. His wolf spat out blood as his body lay across the now jagged ground. A dust cloud erupted, blocking the view from all within clearing. As it slowly dissipated, I stood victorious above my father's now limp and lifeless wolf.

Everyone was quiet. No one cheered or clapped. All stood still astounded at the display of strength.

"How dare you!" Hayden shouted angrily as he shifted back into human form. "He was your Alpha. He was your father! How dare you kill him!" Hayden kept shouting.

"I lost my family twelve years ago." I looked towards Hayden, my face showing my annoyance at this matter. "And now it is your turn to understand that all actions have consequences." I said as I began to stalk towards my brother.
