I love Helga so much! xD

Liza's POV:

"Hi Mark!" I chirped as I let him in.

"Hi Liza! I haven't seen you in a while." He came over and gave me a hug. It was slightly awkward, but he was my best friend, so I didn't care. "Wow...nice apartment." He said.

"Thanks. So, how is it in Houston?"

"Ok. I'm almost done with college. I'll be graduating this year."

"Really?! Great!"

"And how is it in LA?"

"Well, you're here. But everything's great. I'm finishing college online. And of course I have to film the occasional video for my YouTube channel."

"You have a YouTube channel?"

"Yeah. I'm almost at 9 Million."

"Congrats! Let me subscribe then." He pulled out his phone and searched up my channel. "Found it. Wow, Liza. Nice channel."

"Thanks."

"Obviously, it hasn't been normal for you. I've also heard that you were a host at the Golden Globes about half a year ago?"

"Yeah. I've also won a Streamy."

"Wow!" His eyes widened. "That's great."

"Do you need anything? I can make some coffee."

"Sure, I guess."

I went over into the kitchen and got out some coffee bean packets. Mark leaned casually against the the wall with one hand on it. "You've changed, Liza. In a good way."

"You have too. You've gotten even taller."

He laughed a bit. But it sounded slightly forced. "You've stayed about the same height."

"Well, I am a little brown girl."

"And I like that best." I felt a little uncomfortable.

"Um...Mark? I have a bo-"

He shushed me. "It doesn't matter. Well, the real reason that I came here is because I thought you looked beautiful."

I turned red. I wasn't used to anyone else saying that except David.

"What do you want?" I asked after I gathered some courage.

"Put down the coffee, it's not important. You're the one that's important. And I like that." He swept his arm across my back and spun me against the wall. As he was talking I sneakily opened my phone and called David.

"Come to my house. NOW." I whispered before turning my phone off.

"Mark, for the last time. I have a b-"

"Shh..." He took his finger and raised it to my lips. "It's not important." He pushed me against the wall. He looked down at me, with a powerful glance.

"Mark..what are you doing?"

"You look so good, babe."

"Don't call me that. Mark, you've changed. You are not the person I knew before."

"Aw...don't say that. You hurt my feelings." He mocked. Then he smirked. I wouldn't meet his gaze.

"Mark. Whatever you're going to do, don't do it."

"Since when did I listen to you?" He leaned in.

"No!" I yelped as I shoved him to the ground. David burst in at the same time.

"What's wrong?!" David frantically said. Then he saw Mark. He picked Mark up by the collar. "What. Did. You. Do. To. My. Girlfriend?!"

I was surprised and shocked by David's sudden strength.

"Your girlfriend? She's pretty, and that's all I needed."

"You pervert." David flung him down. He landed on the hard apartment floor with a thud. I could see Mark's eyes fill with hatred. He swung at David. David staggered back, but only for a moment. He swung as well.

Soon, it turned into a full out fight.

"STOP!" I yelled over them. I looked at David. "Don't do it." I said. David stopped. I then looked at Mark. "Get out." I said with authority. "Get out of my house. I don't want to see your face ever again." I pointed at the door.

Mark hesitated.

"GET OUT." Mark walked out hesitantly. "This won't be the last that you've heard from me." He threatened. I ignored all of it. After he left, I firmly shut the door and locked it.

"Why?" David asked. "I could've gave him a lesson."

"No. David, stop being so physical. Maybe you're learning from Jason and Alex, although it's staged."

"I just wanted you to be safe."

"I know. But hitting him isn't the best idea."

"But at least you're unharmed, pookie."

"Yeah..." I agreed. But really, I wasn't. Emotionally, I knew that I was going to be scarred. First Dan, now Mark? Why is my life so horrible?

"Let's go out. Forget all about Mark. You have me."

"You know what? You're right. And I'm perfectly happy with you." I smiled, and leaned in. We shared a kiss, a long one.

I pulled away. "Now, can we get Starbucks? I'm dying for some coffee right now."

So, drama! Even more! I'm going to fail my math test tomorrow. Ugh. If anyone knows how to calculate the similarity between right triangles using Corollary 1 and 2, please DM me! xD But seriously, I'm going to fail. I hope you guys are having a fabulous winter with snow! Not for me, I'm in California. :'( Thanks, and byeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
