Hello again.
So, I've been wanting to talk about Model Magic for a while now. I LOVE THIS STUFF. This is, by far, one of my favorite craft materials.
So what is it? It's basically a very soft, easy to work with, lightweight, air-dry clay. But it can be saved for later by sealing it in a plastic bag.
This stuff was introduced to me by my gifted teacher in 4th grade, but I still love it.
I use this for everything. I used this to reconstruct a plastic badge, to make my wand, to add decor to a boat, to make tiny figures, and to create a giant pendant.
Its dries slower than clay, so you have more time to perfect what you're making. It also is more lightweight and therefore is less cumbersome than heavy clay.
It retains some of its squishiness as it dries too, so it doesn't crack or crumble.
And it's available in different colors!
The only downside is that it may take DAYS for it to dry. I've waited at least a week and a half before it was solid enough to paint it and use it.
But patience is a virtue, and I will never stop using this.
Overall, a fantastic material that is very versatile and can be a great material to use in your crafts.
