"Yuri."

I feel something shaking my shoulder and I roll over to the opposite direction of them, groaning.

"What the hell, it's like six in the morning."

"No, it's actually 6:30." The mystery voice says. I just then realize who exactly it is I'm talking to and all the memories from last night fall into my head. I blush and jump up, scooting as far away from him as possible.

"H-hey, Viktor. Sorry.. I didn't realize it was you.." I whisper, laughing a little. He laughs back and smiles.

"Not an issue. But this is the time you're going to be getting up for now on to practice so you should probably get used to it." He says, still smiling. I nod slowly and he walks over to my door. "Meet me at the rink you like to go to. Ice Castle, right?"

"Yeah."

"Then meet me there in ten." He says, walking out of the room. I walk over to my dresser and pull out a pair of athletic pants and my black t shirt, then put them on.

I grab a bagel from the kitchen and run out the door.

I can't be late.

I'm still surprised Viktor's even here.

And to quit skating this season, just to coach me? Does this man even have a brain?

I reach the Ice Castle and walk in through the front doors, immediately being greeted by Yuko. She flashes me a big smile and I smile back, waving.

"Hey, Yuko." I say. "Sorry to be here so early. I-" I start to say, only to realize she doesn't know about Viktor yet. "..I came to practice a little. Thought I could use it."

"I saw him. Stop lying." She states. I let out a breath of relief and laugh. "I'm not gonna lie to you though, when he came here, I honestly thought I was gonna pass out." She giggles. I smile and scratch the back of my neck, an old habit I have when I'm in an awkward situation.

"Yeah, me too." We both start laughing in sync and I look over to see Viktor leaning against the ice rink gate, staring at me patiently.

I smile at Yuko and tell her I have to go. We say our goodbyes and I walk over to my locker, begin to lace up my skates and then walk up to the ice rink.

Viktor smiles at me and I feel my heartbeat start to become unsteady. I really need to learn to calm down around this guy. Sure, he's my idol, but it's going to start affecting my skating if I don't control it.

"Hello, Yuri." He says. I smile at him lightly and wave.

Remember, it's okay to be nervous, but don't forget to be polite. He is Viktor Nikiforov after all.

"Now, Yuri. I'm going to tell you something before I allow you to start skating." He says. I nod and he continues.

"I know I may be famous or whatever, but I'm also your coach. Please don't be nervous around me, okay? I want us to be friends more than anything." I start to feel a little relaxed by his words and laugh a little, looking into his eyes.

"I'll try my best, thanks." I say, smiling gently. He smiles back and places his hand on my head.

"Good."

I blush at the sudden contact and walk out of his reach. I look back to see a confused expression on his face but I keep walking.

"What first, Viktor?" I ask. He walks up to the edge and I stand on the ice.

"Just skate around the edges a couple times. Get your body worked up." I take off to do as he says and my body immediately relaxes. I close my eyes and only open them gently every four seconds to see when I have to turn.
