(It's the weekend in this Mkay??? I don't care if it wasn't in the other chapters XD it just is)

                          
ALEX'S POV 

                          
I wake up to somebody punching me in the gut. "Wake up!" They yell. I jump up and see Zane. My eyes widen. He starts beating me. Blood comes out of my nose, arm, leg, and I can't see out of my left eye. Zane scowls and leaves. I limp into my bathroom and see that I have a good sized cut over my eye. I wash up, and try to open my eye. It is the worst pain that I have ever felt. "Agh!" I yell, and close my eye. I go downstairs. "Go to the park or something! My friend is coming over!" Dad says from the kitchen. I nod. My stomach growls, but I ignore it. I walk out the door and out my hair over my eye so nobody can see the cut. I walk to the park. I walk around a bit until the hunger pains really get to me. I sigh in annoyance and try to ignore them. I sit down and start playing on my phone. I get a text. 
                          
Zenix: Hey
                          
Alex: No. 
                          
Zen: She kissed me, okay!?
                          
Al: Doubt it. 
                          
Zen: PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!!!
                          
Al: Why would I!? You cheated on me!!!
                          
Zen: I SAID SHE KISSED ME!! She came up to me while I was at the park smirking. She kissed me right as you walked by. 
                          
Al: Why didn't you look surprised that she kissed you then!!?!?!?
                          
Zen: I THOUGHT IT WAS YOU AT FIRST!!!!!
                          
Al: I still don't forgive you. Your a bitch!
                          
Zen: PLEASE FORGIVE ME!! I DIDNT MEAN IT!!  PLEASE!!!!!!
                          
Al: No. See you never. 
                          
Zen: ALEX!!

                          
I turn my phone off and put it in my pocket. I tear up. I see Laurance walk over. "What's wrong?" He asks. "I saw Zenix kissing another girl... he said he didn't mean it, but I know he does..." I grumble and look down. "What's with the change of hair placement?" Laurance asks. I ignore him. My stomach growls loudly. Laurance takes an Apple or OF his backpack. He tries giving it to me, but I deny. "No thanks. I... I've already eaten today." I lie. My stomach growls again. "Doesn't sound like it. Please take it. I don't want you to starve." Laurance says. I finally give in and take the Apple. I eat it happily and the hunger pains go away. "Thanks." I say after a couple of bites. "Welcome. Now, why are you out here?" Laurance asks. I shrug. "Just wanted to be alone I guess." I lie. "Tell me the truth, Alex. Is it your brothers?" He asks. I nod. "Do they abuse you?" He asks. I nod. Why am I telling him all of this!? I yell in my head. Laurance hugs me. He lifts up my sleeves and looks at my cuts. He hugs me again. "What's the real reason of the hair?" Laurance asks. I move it out of the way. I still can't see out if it. "Can you see?" He asks. I shake my head. "Try opening it." I try to open it, but it Jury Hurts more than last time. "Come on. Let's get you to the doctor." Laurance says. I nod and we go to his car. We get in and drive to his house. I move everything back in place so I look like how I did before. We pull up to a house which I'm guessing is his, and go inside. I see a girl with firey red hair. "Who's this Laurance?" She asks. "My friend, Alexandria. You can call her Alex. Tell mom and dad I'll be out for a bit longer than normal. I'm taking her to the eye doctor. She doesn't have her own car, and her parents and siblings are strict and won't let her use theirs." Laurance says, making an excuse. "Oh! Alright! Say, who are your siblings? Oh! Also, I'm Cadenza!" She says. "I'm a Romeave." I say. "Oh! Okay then! I didn't know they as a sister. Anyways, I'll tell mom and dad. Cya later Laurance and Alex!" Cadenza says. Laurance and I both say bye and we drive to the eye doctor. We get called in. "Hello, my name is Dr. Rice (Shout out to my music teacher Mr. Rice XD he's not actually a doctor he's a music teacher. Duh. XD)! Now, who am I going to be checking out for today?" The Dr. Asks. "Me." I say. "Ah! Well then, sit right here! Sir, you can sit over in the chair over there." Dr. Rice says. I sit down in the main chair and Laurance sits in a chair in the corner of the room. "What's the problem?" Dr. Rice asks. "Some bullies pushed me into a table at my high schools. I can't see out of my left eye, and it hurts like crazy." I say. "May I take a look?" I nod. He lifts up my hair. "Alrighty. It isn't bruised, yet it has a scratch across it. I'm note sure how I will fix it. Now, I'm going to make your eyelids numb (Can they even do that? Eh this story has no logic anyways.) so I can open your eye." Dr. Rice says. I nod and he puts this stuff on my eyelid and son I cant feel it. Dr. Rice puts on some gloves and opens my eye with his index finger and his thumb. I can Sort of see, but it's all blurry with red. He closes my eye. It stops being numb. "Okay, so, there is blood infront of your pupil preventing you to see. The cur across you eye will most likely turn into a scar as well. So, it's either we take out your eye and turn it into a glass one, or you will be bling out of that eye forever." Dr. Rice says. "I would rather be blind out of that eye." I say. He nods. "You also will not ever be able to open it. In a few days, it will turn numb and you will not be able to make any movement with it at all. If you open it with your hands, it won't hurt. But you can't open your left eye nor sling like you would with your right." He says. I nod and get up. We thank Dr. Rice and head out. "Sorry about your eye." Laurance says. "It's alright. No need to apologize." I say. "Yeah. Hey, wanna head over to my place?" Laurance asks. "Yeah. My brothers and dad probly won't want me home. Also, my mom is abused as well." I say as we get into the car. "Oh, okay. Come on. Let's go." He says. We open the door to Laurance's house and see Cadenza sitting on the couch talking to somebody. I slightly hide behind Laurance. "It's only my dad. Don't be shy!" Laurance whispers. I nod and stand beside Laurance. "Hi Laurance! Hi Alex! How'd it go?" Cadenza asks. Laurance's dad looks at us. "Good, I guess. In blind out of my left eye though." I say. "Oh! That's to bad! Alex, this is my dad- Garte!" I smile. "Hi Garte." I greet. "Hello Alex!" He greets back to me. "Come on. Let's go to my room and talk." Laurance says. I nod and Laurance and I go into his room to talk. "Hey, Alex, what do you want to do when your older?" Laurance asks as I sit on his bed. "Actually... I don't know. I honestly don't know much about myself. I've gotten to caught up in what has happened in my life... that... I've never gotten a chance to just sit down and think, ya know?" I ask. "I totally understand. I'm kind of thinking that I want to be a        Helper at a pet hospital." Laurance says. "That's cool. I kinda want something that isn't to hard, and isn't to easy. Maybe like... hmm... I dunno... a kids pizzeria (Wink wink nudge nudge*), maybe...?" I say. "Yeah! That would be cool." Laurance says. He scoots closer to me. I blush. "L-Laurance what are y-" Laurance smashes his lips onto mine. I'm surprised at first, but after a while I kiss back. We let go of the kiss. "Heh. Your a good kisser, ya know." He chuckles. "I know." I slam my slips back onto his. I wrap my arms around his neck and her snakes his arms around my waist. I hear a squeal and turn around to see Cadenza. "Ah! Cadenza!" I say and let go of Laurance. He let's go of me and we both blush. "Eeeeeeeee!! You two are so cute together!!" Cadenza squeals (Okay guys so I just realized that I out Garte for Laurance's dad XD I'll change that later). I blush like a tomato. I get a a text from Garroth and frown. 


                          
Garroth: Hey Come home and make dinner!!!! NOW!!!

                          
I sigh and get up. "I-I have to go, Laurance..." I mumble. His face turns worried. "Okay. Want me to walk you...?" He asks. "No. it's not safe. Meet me at the park tomorrow and I'll tell you if something happens. Bye." I say, forgetting that Cadenza is there. She looks confused. I hug Laurance and then walk out. I say bye to Laurance's father and walk home. It takes me about twenty minutes. I get inside and Dad beats me for being late. I make dinner and then go upstairs, starving. I cry myself to sleep like I did last night.
