Chapter seven

                                    

                                          
A week later 
                          
Moana decided with her parents that she would stay a bit longer in this village to help Keoki with his chief skills. 
                          
Moana and keoki had been spending an awful amount of time together as Akona and moana's fathers wanted them to, but all Moana could think about was Maui and that kiss she thought. 
                          
"Hey Moana has Maui asked Kiko if she would like to go out with me?" Keoki said as he was walking along the side of the beach, "I don't know i haven't seen him lately..." Moana said as she trailed off feeling sad not seeing Maui.  
                          
"Well you do know a deal is a deal you held you're end of the deal but Maui still needs to get Kiko to go out with me unless that is? Maui has feelings for Kiko?" Keoki said starting to feel jealous by the thought, "NO he doesn't he wouldn't have feelings for her!" Moana said as she stopped at a halt. 
                          
Keoki turned to see Moana "ask Maui to get it done because I want Kiko to be my girlfriend!" He said as he came closer to the village, "well you know that if u want her to become you're girlfriend you should treat her to some flowers and a good meal to start off and maybe getting Maui to ask her wont help the situation" she said bluntly.  
                          
"You should ask her yourself!" Moana said trying to encourage keoki to do it, "mmmmhhh I don't know last time I asked a girl she rejected me and told me to get lost in front of the whole village!" He said looking a bit teary. 
                          
He really isn't a beast when you look at him more carefully Moana thought while observing keoki. 
                          
"So why has Maui been avoiding you?" Keoki said. 
                          
Moana turned around to look at the sea in front of her "I don't know" she said in a distant voice, "I just feel hurt that he hasn't came for me" she said rubbing her arms as the sun settled down into the water. 
                          
"Look Moana I think we got off on a wrong start...." Keoki said rambling on, Moana turned around "I think we did" she laughed slightly "you where kinda rude well very rude and Maui for one was going to let you have it but then I stopped him" she said laughing. 
                          
"Why did you stop him?" He said suddenly seeming interested, "because" she said walking with keoki back to the village. 
                          
Keoki didn't answer her but stayed silent. 
                          
As they reached the village Moana spotted pua and hei hei with Maui, "pua hei hei where have you guys been!!" She ran over giving them a hug in her arms. 
                          
"I found them in the back of our boat!" Maui said looking awkwardly at Moana, "they must have been there the whole time Aww I missed you pua!" She said squeezing her tiny pig pet. 
                          
Pua snorted and licked moana's face with love and hei hei just clucked looking into space. 
                          
"Oh hei hei you are always just the same!" Moana said while laughing. 
                          
She set her pets down. she felt Maui's brown eyes staring at her, she turned around and sat down the opposite side of Maui. 
                          
Keoki sat down beside Moana as they both started to chat. Maui got up and walked off leaving Moana what's wrong with him she thought maybe he's jealous?  
                          
"Look keoki now is you're chance Kiko is sitting by herself go ask her!" Moana said trying to push keoki off and over to Kiko.  
                          
Keoki landed on his face as Moana had pushed him "go!" Moana said. 
                          
Keoki gulped down his nerves as he got up and walked over to Kiko "hey Kiko?" He said while staring at her creepily. 
                          
"Hello!" She boasted back while keeping eye contact with keoki, "i -I was wondering if you would like you know come out with me on a perhaps a nice date maybe only if you want to!" He said awkward. 
                          
"Sure!" Kiko said back smiling. 
                          
Moana seen keoki turn around smoking knowing it was a success, but Moana had to confront Maui about his cold behaviour towards her lately and why he was not talking to her and avoiding her. 
                          
She got up of the bench and went to find Maui to confront him. 
                          
Uh oh I smell drama!
