Chapter 14: 1 Million Subs!

David's POV:
                          
I went and checked my computer again. I was so close! 999, 979 subscribers! I went and got Alex and Dom. I projected the subscriber counter on our TV as the number inched closer to 1,000,000. I called Liza, and told her to come over. She agreed, and soon came over. "David?" She asked, knocking on the door. I answered it, greeting her. I realized 3 people wasn't enough. I went and called Zane, Toddy, and Scotty. They came over just as I hit 999,990. "There you are!" I exclaimed. "I thought you wouldn't make it." I grabbed my camera as they all settled down on the couch. The number hit 999,997. I turned the camera on. "Three more!" Everybody chanted, with anticipation filling the air. "I'm a little upset that it wasn't me first." Scotty said as I started laughing. The number was 999,999. "One more!" Liza squealed, squeezing my hand behind the camera. The number went down to 999,998. "Aww," everybody booed. 
                          
The number changed to 1,000,000. Everyone jumped up and started screaming. Liza was the loudest as she reached over and gave me a huge hug, still screaming. In the corner of my eye, I saw Alex. He grabbed a bat. I turned around to face him as he started smashing the TV. "Alex, Alex!" I shouted, confused and outraged. "Alex, what the hell?!*" Toddy shouted, mad as well. Alex then smirked, but smiled as he flipped the bat over. "Congrats on 1 Million!" It read. Everyone started screaming again. I flipped the camera off as the shouting dissipated. "Babe, I'm so proud of you!" Liza cheered, then kissing me on the cheek. "Remember tonight!" She called as she left. I got swarmed by my friends, all congratulating me.
                          
The day passed, as I filmed more and got a new TV. Alex was a huge help, despite being the one that broke it in the first place. "I'm taking Bailey into my room!" He called as he picked Bailey up and carried him to his room. "I'm going to Liza's." I left, then drove to her house. "Liza?" I asked, knocking. She answered.  "Why didn't use your keys?"
                          
"I only use them if it's an emergency."
                          
"Ok, that's a good explanation." She let me in. I sat down on the beige couch, setting my camera on the table next to it. She closed the door behind me, then sat down next to me. "Ok, let's start." I saw her adjust something behind me. I was too lazy to investigate. I turned on the camera, and started my usual routine. "That's for today's vlog, thanks for watching Maddie, please like and subscribe, tweet me at David Dobrik, guys I just hit a million subs." Liza hit me really hard. "Yeah he did!" She congratulated. "Ow..." I said. "And in the last vlog, we said that we're gonna celebrate using our lips." Liza smiled. "Using our lips." I echoed. She reached behind me. "So....I got you a slice of cake! Congrats dude!" She picked up a slice of red velvet cake. I took a bite. She pushed the cake into my face. "Oh no," I laughed, backing up. "Oh yeah, you like it?" She asked. "Yeah." I mumbled. "It's all over your lips, come here I got it." I leaned in, preparing to kiss her as she dragged her finger down my jawline onto my lips and grabbed a dollop of frosting. I laughed. "I got it." She said triumphantly. "You got it?" I chuckled. "Yeah." She replied. "Thanks babe." 
                          
I leaned in and gave her a peck. "No problem." We both smiled and looked at the camera laughing. Then I put my hand on her cheek and kissed her again, more forcibly this time. We pulled away, and Liza said, "That's not going in the vlog for sure." I laughed, then took the slice of cake and dragged it over her mouth. Frosting was smeared across half of her face. She screamed, then laughed as she took the cake then stuffed it in my mouth. I tried to swallow it, but couldn't due to laughing. I pushed her onto the couch as I failed to swallow the cake. I ran the the bathroom and spit it out, coughing and laughing at the same time. Liza rushed in, concerned. "You ok, babe?" She asked. "Yeah, I'm perfectly fine." I smiled. "But I almost choked." We headed back to the couch and I turned the camera off. "Umm, Liza, you probably clean your face." I said as I dragged a finger across her face, taking frosting off with it. "Yeah I should." She laughed. "By the way, that was some great cake." I complimented as I grabbed my camera. "But I gotta go edit." I smiled. I bent down and gave her another peck. "Bye!" She called as I left. "See you!" I headed home, happy with the amazing day.
                          


                          


                          
*In David's vlog, Toddy said "What the f***?!" But to keep it more friendly, I put "What the hell?!"
                          


                          
This was so much better than the last chapter, wow this one and the last one are about Liza kissing two different guys. xD But tomorrow is Liza and David's ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! WHAT?! I might be doing something special. I promise, the plot will get better. Thanks, and byeeeeee!
