CHAPTER 12


                          
Athena's POV


                          
" You blew up my car" Jacob stated slowly standing up with burned ash on his face. Then it soon comes with a grunt when he try's to stand up. Okay, so I maybe saw many buttons, but most importantly a red huge button and I may have pushed the button with everyone in the car and poof that is all it takes to blow up a car who would've known.
                          
'Have I mentioned you are stupid' my conscience who I am going to call Lizzie says
                          
'Yeah well that means you are stupid too' I say trying to save myself from the humiliation of this whole situation. While Lizzie laughs at my attempts to save myself.
                          
" Am I dead? I think I see the light" Jordan says from the ground and he lifts his arm dramatically and makes it look like he is holding an invisible ball. This is basically what happens when you put me in a car with buttons.
                          
" Why did you have a self destruct button in your car anyways isn't that like illegal?" I ask my face interpreting itself looking curious. While Jacob snorts.
                          
"We kidnapped you Athena, I am pretty sure we passed the line of legal things" Jacob say looking at me with a deadpan look on his face. The statement makes me ponder they can be robbers, the mafia, rapists, or anything really. 
                          
I bet they are secret aliens from another planet and they want me to help them with war against humans.
                          
Who would I chose? That's a tough one.
                          
I'll go with the aliens.
                          
I fall dramatically on the ground like a damsel in distress I see Blake and Jacob stumble in surprise. I decide it is my turn to turn myself in. I kneel down with both knees on the ground. Let me just tell you not my best idea, but then again I had way worse. I lift my arms in the air and drop them on the ground like I was in church or praising someone in this case, them.
                          
I see Blake open his mouth to talk, but Jacob reaches his arm and shakes his head that signals me to keep going.
                          
" I forfeit and fall in your arms as a sign of peace-" I pause and make a peace sign in a circle. " I will help you and your planet take over this world and at the end we can cook all humans and have a big thanksgiving dinner." I notice Jordan already stood up and was here nodding furiously in agreement.
                          
" Now take those ugly masks off and reveal yourself" I say solemnly. I heard that aliens don't like when you compliment their human mask but to be honest those where the hottest masks they picked. The two aliens looked offended but the other seemed fine which was alien Jordan if that was even his name.
                          
" These are not masks these are our faces and we are not aliens" Blake stated angrily getting up in my face. My face mirrored shock but then embarrassment making my face turn red.
                          
" You guys aren't aliens ?" I ask slowly getting redder at the second. 
                          
"Nope now explain why you called our 'masks' ugly" Jacob said more calmly but I know I hurt his ego and the others. I was about to explain but Jordan cut me off.
                          
" Oh get over it! She called you that because everyone knows that if you compliment the aliens secret identity human face they would bring you back to their planet and torture you terribly" Jordan says smartly and talking extra slow and making hand motions to Jacob and Blake like they were two-year olds.
                          
Both Jacob and Blake turned to me for confirmation while I also nod furiously like Jordan did before. They both sigh and slump their shoulders and walk. Jordan and I both look at each other in sync and follow them.
