After cuddling on the couch for while we went to bed, I jumped in bed and Connor took off his clothes just leaving him in his boxers. I turned on my side looking at the wall, and thought. I hate this, every time I go to bed, I can't sleep because of all these thoughts in my head. It's so annoying but I can't help it.
Connor slipped in bed and put his arms around my waist pulling me into him.
"Good night babe, I love you." he said softly
"Good night Connor, I love you too." I whispered back to him, still facing to wall.
5 minutes went by... 10... 30.. 1 hour and I couldn't sleep. I was tossing and turning I just couldn't get comfortable I guess. I went on my phone, went on twitter and tweeted some fans and went on Facebook and anything to keep me busy really. I checked the time and it was 2 am. Ugh we have school tomorrow, I'm going to be so tired. I got up carefully not to wake Connor up and went to the living room. I watched some TV.
I woke up on the couch, oups I guess I fell asleep here last night. I didn't get any sleep, I don't know why though. I got up and went in my room to check up on Connor. He was still sleeping. It was only 6 am so I let him sleep a little more. I went to the kitchen and made some pancakes. Connor came walking yawning and stretching.
"Good morning pumpkin." He said coming in back of me and kissed my cheek.
"Morning." I smiled and flipped the pancake that was on the pan.
"Mmmm, smells great and I'm sure they taste great too."
Connor went and sat down at the table, doing something on his phone, while I finished up. I put them all on a plate and brought them to the table. we ate in silence. Awkward....
When we were finished I picked up the plates and washed up the kitchen because it was a mess. I walked to my room and got dressed. I put on a long sleeve and some jeans to hide my scars. School starts in about 1 hour. I put a little bit of make up on to at least hide the black bags under my eyes. I put my hair up in a high pony tail. I walked back to the living room and Connor past by me going in my room to get dressed I'm guessing. I sat on the couch and almost fell asleep but Connor spoke up.
"Hey Em, I'm going to go to my room to get ready for classe. I'll see you there k?" he said putting his shoes on
"Ok, see ya." I smiled back to him and he left.
I sighed to myself. What is wrong with me today, I didn't sleep last night and now I'm acting weird with Connor. Like we didn't talk all morning. I went on my phone and checked my social media and then I headed off for school. Today was going to be a long day. I walked to my first class and everyone was staring at me... great do they know anything... I hope not. I tried to ignore them and walked in class. I sat down and the bell rang. The teacher started talking and I put my head down on my desk and closed my eyes. The bell rang mentioning the end of class. I lifted up my head and picked up my books and went to my next class. I did the same as before: Put my head down on my desk and closed my eyes almost falling asleep. It was now lunch time and I went to my room and ate a little something to fill me up. I had 30 minutes left until my next class so I laid down on the couch.
I woke up my eyes hurting from the sun blasting through the blinds.
Shit!
I fell asleep and missed class. Oh well, what's the point anyway if I'm not even paying attention. I went in my room, put on some sweats and went in my bed. I thought it would be a good idea to text Andrea telling her I was out of the hospital.
To: Andrea
Hey girrrl!!! I just wanted to tell you I'm out of the hospital, I got out yesterday, Umm yah if you could tell everyone that'd be great :) I miss you guys!
Moments later she answered.
Andrea: Oh hey, I'm glad you're out of the hospital. How are you feeling? You aren't in school? We miss you too xxx
Emily: Well I didn't sleep at all last night then I woke up this morning and I don't what it is but Connor and I barley talked all morning, it was weird.
Andrea: Oh... Well I'm sure it's nothing, don't worry about it hunny :)
Emily: Yah... You guys can come over if you want, I'm bored :(
Andrea: Ok we'll be there in 15 :) xx love ya
I got out of my bed and went to the bathroom to fix myself up a bit. I wasn't looking that great but I didn't really care, they're just my friends. I went and sat on the couch and waited for them to arrive.
I heard knocks on my door so I got up and opened the door to see Andrea and Jenn standing there with a huge cake in their hands that said 'Welcome home.' Aww how sweet of them.
"Aww girrlsss!!! I love it, but you didn't have to." I said looking up at them.
"But we wanted too." they both said at the same time.
I opened the door wider so the girls could come in, I looked at the boys that were still standing out in the hallway. They all had a flower in their hands, but they were all different kinds. I thought it was so cute. They walked in one at a time giving me a hug and handing me their flower. I closed the door and put my flowers in a vase. I told the girls to put the cake on the counter.
"Thank you guys for the cake and the flowers, that's so sweet of you guys to do that." I smiled at them.
