Manik and the gang were waiting outside the room as per Nandini's wish . But Manik was getting restless about it . He has a feeling something is not right . But what !!!
Just then doctor came towards Manik and gang .
"You all are for Ms Nandini?" He asked them . They all nodded .
"Umm I'm really sorry to say this but I don't think Ms Nandini has more time " he said sympathetically.
"What do mean doctor??" The gang didn't understand.
"Okay , well by the medical reports of Ms Nandini . When she was pregnant she had complications and they were dangerous for her , she had internal bleeding and a clot was form in her stomach. Which can be very dangerous. We tried to remove it but after the accident the clot has formed bigger and her bleeding hasn't done any good to it ." The doctor said
Manik couldn't believe what the doctor said . He can't believe he is the reason Nandini went through soo much . And Nandini's life in danger . What is he gonna do ?
"Don't worry Manik we are with you let's talk to her .. come on " Cabir saw the conflict and pain in his. Best friends eyes . The gang went inside Nandini's room and saw the kids and Nandini hugging each other .
Manik was jealous of Nandini for having such a close relationship they have but right now he doesn't have any place for jealousy he needs to talk with Nandini about her condition .
"Nandini how are you ? hope you are feeling better . we were so scared when we heard you were in a accident . seriously you need to take care of your self . " Navya said other nodded in agreement.
" Guys can Nandini and i talk alone for a while alone ... "Manik clears his throat and said to them .
All of them left the room Ritik took kids with him . Nandini was trying to get up but was in pain . Manik help her in sitting comfortably . Manik was to close to Nandini they both stared in each others eyes and were mesmerized as they use to in college days . They both have a flashback the first day they met in college . How cocky was he about being powerful in the college. How they both grew closer to each other day by day from hate to love . With all this Nandini understood on thing that their is a thin line between love and hate .
Nandini snapped out of her thoughts and backed away from Manik . He moved backwards but didn't hid his hurt look from Nandini's distant look .
"What happened manik what you wanna talk about now? but if you dont i want to talk to you about kids they told me that you told them you are there father its okay but i want you to take care of them they are small and can easily be hurt . please dont hurt them like you did to me . " Nandini had tears in her eyes she couldn't control her emotions anymore . she had less time but in the mean time she wanted to let all her hate and emotions out of her soul .
Maink couldn't hold his tears and hugged Nandini tightly his heart felt lighter as if all the dark memories are gone now its him and her no one can tear them apart . It was only them and their lonely heart who were crying for each other's love and care . But the fate has different plans for them .
"Nandini I love you soo much I know what I did to you 4 years back was selfish but I was crazy dumb guy . Please fight for us please don't leave me alone here . After so many years I finally found you and I don't think I can stay sane . " Manik cried in Nandini's arms.
"Manik promise me that you will stay strong and will take care of our kids please .. and I need you to do a find a new girl who will love you more than I will . A girl who will always be your side . Who will take care of you and your mood swings " Nandini said smiling but tears rolling down her cheeks and wiping tears from Manik's cheeks .
" Nandini no no I will not do this " Manik look up at Nandini from her arms and shakes his head thinking of being with someone else felt like he is betraying Nandini .
"Manik promise me .... please please ....." Nandini's pulse starts to get low and the beeping machine went wild ... Manik shouted for the doctors for help .
Manik was standing holding Nandini's hand " Nandini nothing will happen stay strong Nandini. ..!!! Nandini ... " Manik shouted at her
Nandini opened her eyes and smiled lazily and said. "I love you " ... and
