Jungkook's POV
Jungkook wasn't much of an aggressive person. He was generally very calm and patient, today though was a different situation.
The person that he cared the most about in the world was in danger. He had no clue where he was and if he was even safe. Jungkook was starting to think irrationally.
Everyone in the room looked at Y/n cautiously as she explained herself. Looks of disbelief on their faces as they listened to her.
Jungkook had stormed off in the middle of her explanation. He was trying to process all of the feelings he felt before he said anything.
"Are you okay?" Jin said as he entered the room that Jungkook was standing in.
"I don't want to talk right now." He said to Jin looking out of the window.
"Look, I know you are upset right now. But I really think that she's going to help us get Tae and Namjoon back."
"Can we even trust her though? She was assigned to kill Namjoon. How can we be sure she wont betray us?" He asked.
Because I care about you all." A voice said from behind.
Jungkook finally turned around to see y/n standing next to Jin.
"I'll let you two talk." Jin said walking out of the room.
"I know you are upset with me. I know you don't trust me, you probably hate me and you have every right to feel that way." She spoke moving closer to him.
"I don't hate you. It just worries me how quick I was to trust you, how quick we all were to trust you. Especially Namjoon."
"I know you all are feeling really betrayed right now. But I promise you that everything I said was true. My feelings for Namjoon, my feelings for you and all of the guys are genuine."
Jungkook could see the sincerity in Y/n's eyes as she spoke. He thought that maybe she did care about them all.
"What about your parents? What will happen if you don't complete the assignment?" He asked.
"I honestly can't say what'll become of me. All I know is that I want to save Namjoon and Tae and I know I can do it with your help." She said.
Jungkook tried to soften his heart but it was hard. Namjoon had no clue that y/n was a spy and he felt bad for his older brother. At the same time though, he knew it wasn't the time to get caught up in emotions but to act fast so that they could save his brothers.
"I don't know y/n, I just need time." He said.
"I understand. I'll leave you alone." Y/n she placing one hand on his shoulder before finally exiting the room.
Y/n's POV
I was about to make the hardest phone call that I had ever made in my entire life.
In my twenty three years of living I've always had one main goal. To please the government and my parents. I had been striving towards that goal and I didn't want to let anything get in the way.
The thought of calling my dad to tell him that I could not complete the one assignment I was given sent a chill down my spine.
"Hello"
"Father?" I spoke as he answered the phone.
"What is it?" He asked.
"I need your help" I finally spoke trying to keep my voice from shaking.
"What do you need my help with?" He asked.
"Father I havent been completely honest with you. I've been spending time with Namjoon. It started a while ago but I was afraid to tell you and now, now I'm in love with him father." I said.
