CHAPTER 37

                                    

                                          
*Still EMILY'S POV*
                          
"Soo... How long have I been asleep?" I asked to change subject.
                          
"Oh just 1 or 2 days, they gave you some pills so that's probably why." he said looking into my eyes. I felt so uncomfurtable, I don't know why, he's my boyfriend, I've never felt uncomfurtable around him, ever. I sighed loudly. "When am I gonna be able to get out of here, I hate it!" I said making a discusted face, he giggled.
                          
"Umm... I don't know, I'll go get the doctor." he said getting up and leaving my room. I sighed again loudly, I don't know what was wrong with me, I felt annoyed and I just wanted to leave and go home and eat.. I'm starving!!! A few moments later the doctor came in and Connor was behinde him. The doctor came beside me and smiled
                          
"So, how are you feeling? Any pain?" he asked
                          
"Well my head hurts and when I put pressure on my arms it hurts too." I said looking down at my arms
                          
"Ok, I'll just give you some pills for the pain to go away" he said walking to a cabinet, taking out the pills. He went to the sink, poured me a glass of water and brought it over to me. I thanked him and swallowed the two pills.
                          
"When am I going to be able to go home?" I asked him hoping he's say today or tomorrow.
                          
"Well.. first of all, we need to see if you can walk at all." When he said that the memories came back and I remembered the cuts on my legs. But I'm sure I can walk, it can't be that bad, can it? I nodded my head and pulls the covers off of me. I moved my legs to the side of the bed and let them hang off the edge. I saw Connor come to me and put his hand around my waist.
                          
"Connor, I'm fine, I'm sure I can walk by myself" I said scooting to the edge of the bed, I streched out my first keg and let it touch the floor, not putting any pressure on it. I pushed my but frontwards and put my other foot on the ground, I felt Connor's arm tighten a little around my waist making sure I wouldn't fall. I inhaled and exhaled calming myself down from the pain. My legs were hurting butI didnt say anything, I wanted to show the doctor that I could walk so I could go home. I put my right leg out of me and it took all my energy to lift it up and place it infront of me.I put the pressure of my body on my right leg to place my left one infront but it just hurt to much. My knees gaved in and I almost fell but Connor grabbed my waist pull me back up. I looked at doctor while he was writting something down on a paper. I took a breathe and forced my leg up again and placed it infront of my body.
                          
"oww" I winced at the pain in my legs, but I continued to try so hard because I just could'nt give up already!
                          
"Emily, c'mon. It's better if you lay down for it to heal." he said quietly.
                          
"No! I'm gonna keep trying until I can do this. I'm not staying here!" Is aid angrily. Connor looked at me shocked.
                          
"But, you're going to hurt yourself." he said worridly.
                          
"I don't care." I said and walked very slowly, taking pauses, to breathe and relaxing a bit.
                          
"How about you sleep here for tonight and tomorrow we'll see how you're doing." The doctor spoke up. I looked in his direction frowning my eye brows. I groaned annoyed and angry, Connor picked me up bridal style and put me down on the bed softly. 
                          
"I'll let you get some sleep, if there's anything just call us." and he left the room closing the door.
                          
"Ugh Coonnooooooorr!!!" I said whining
                          
"What?" he asked defending himself, like if he did something wrong.
                          
"I don't want to be here, I wanna go home, I'm hungry." I said doing a puppy dog face.
                          
"I know princess, but we don't have a choice, I'm sure you will be able to leave tomorrow but you will probably have crutches or something. Want me to go and get you something to eat? Mc Donalds, Taco Bell? What do you want?" He asked
                          
"Mmmm... Mc Donalds, chiken nuggets please." I smiled
                          
"OK, I'll be back soon!" he said getting up, kissing my forehead and leaving my room, closing the door behind him.
