I sat in my office, looking through stuff that I missed while I was out of town. I still haven't heard from the people at comerica bank so I guess I should just let that go.
While I was looking at my computer, I realized that I haven't heard from Carlee all day.
I locked my computer then headed over to her office. When I walked in she was on the phone. I went over to her and started kissing her cheek.
"Dad can I call you back?" She said. "Okay, love you too....bye."
She placed her phone on the receiver then looked up at me.
"Hey baby." I said.
"Hey." She stood up and kissed me. I sat on her desk and pulled her in between my legs.
"I thought you was mad at me or something, I haven't seen you and it's almost 12." I said.
"I've been catching up on everything. I was a little busy with other things in New York." Her arms went around my neck.
I smiled and bit my lip.
"You look so good in this dress." I ran my hands up under it.
"Thanks daddy."
"You tryna start something in this office?"
"If only you didn't have a meeting in 15 minutes."
"That's more than enough time."
She laughed.
"No Christopher."
"Well later on that ass is mine."
"I was thinking maybe I could cook you dinner and you could spend the night at my place. And plus there's something I need to talk to you about."
"And what's that?"
"You'll find out later." She kissed me.
"Alright." I stood up. "What's for lunch?"
"I'm not sure."
"Alright we'll figure out something after this meeting. Ima go grab my stuff then meet you in the conference room."
"Okay." She kissed me.
I left out her office and went and grabbed everything I needed.
I wonder what Carlee had to talk to me about.
Later On.
I was shutting everything down for the night so I could head to Carlee's. She left early so that she could get dinner started.
I was putting my stuff into my briefcase when my office phone rang. I picked it up.
"Christopher."
"Hello Mr. Brown, my name it's Linda from Comerica Bank. How are you?"
"I'm good, how are you?"
