Back at the hotel, Severide puts Leslie in her bed while Shaylynn gets ready to go to sleep. Shaylynn can already tell it's going to be rough night with the heartburn she has. It's 2 a.m. and Shaylynn is wide awake. She was right about the heartburn. Bored, she texts Dawson to let her know that they'll be back in Chicago tomorrow if Dawson would like for her to be at Molly's that night. With it being early in the morning, she knows she won't hear back from Dawson. That is until her text alert goes off scaring her.
Gabby: If you feel up to it, yes come to Molly's. EVERYONE would love to see you!
Shaylynn: Why are you awake?
Gabby: Louie isn't feeling well. We're sitting here watching cartoons.
Shaylynn: Poor sweetie! I hope he starts feeling better!
Gabby: Why are you awake?
Shaylynn: Heartburn! I swear I could breathe fire right now it's so bad. When I was pregnant with Savannah and Leslie I never had it like this.
Gabby: Maybe you're pregnant with a boy this time. The way Kelly is with Leslie can you imagine him with a son. How was the wedding?
Shaylynn: Kelly would LOVE that, but we'll see. The wedding was great! Everyone treated me like family. I don't know if Kelly told Adam and Trent about what I do/did or even why I ended up at the Firehouse for. If he did, they didn't care.

Shaylynn: Yes she is! I don't think so. I thought they just did that to be funny, now you have me wondering. The guys out here.....WOW! It's a good thing I'm married! ;) SSSHHHH!!!!
Gabby: LOL!!! I won't tell Kelly. ;) Seems Louie has fallen asleep. I'm going to lay down by him and try to get some sleep also. Have a safe trip home!
