maddie, taking a seat on the on the bus, sighed and ran a hand through her hair, glancing at a frowning chloe before turning her head to face the other way. she watched a father, walking his baby in a stroller, the sight bringing a smile to the petite girl's face; though her mind did wander a fair bit. she wanted to drink, and in her case that was never a good sign. when she was fifteen, just a year earlier, she struggled hugely with drinking due to her mother and father divorcing. thinking back, it seemed rather silly, because she paid visits to her dad's house all the time, and it was nice if she needed some peace away from her mom. the drinking still remained a problem, however. so one of many nights when madison almost died of alcohol poisoning, her dad found out and she was whisked off to a fancy rehab centre in florida. she never wanted to go back to that place, it was well and truly miserable, but she figured one drink couldn't hurt, could it?
