"Good," she replied back. Everyone went home.
You've always wondered why Sonya was so harsh on all the other male soldiers, but never to you. It was creepy, but nevertheless you enjoyed the special treatment.
Every night as you went home, Sonya always walked with you to make sure you got home safely. You always told her that you'd be fine, but she always insisted.
Once you had gotten home safely, you'd immediately take a shower. You always felt exposed, mainly because you constantly felt like you were being watched. That's why you were always quick with taking a shower.
You'd slip into your bed, fall into a deep slumber, and repeat the whole day again. Wake up, get ready, serve for the S.F., then come home, eat and take a shower,then go to bed. Yeah, your schedule never really changed.
You woke up and got ready, and you started to head to the S.F. Headquarters. Then only thing that stopped you was Sonya who stood in front of your door.
"Whoa! Sonya! What are you doing here?" You asked in surprise.
"Just wanted to walk you to the Headquarters, that's all." She replied with a grin.
You were about to respond, but she shushed you and grabbed your hand.
"So there's something I've been meaning to tell you," she said, getting nervous. She ripped her hands out of yours and twiddled her fingers.
"What is it?" You asked.
"I really like you!" She blurted out.
"I like you too, Sonya. Although, I always though you would end up with Mr. Cage, so I kept my distance." You responded happily. She was happy, and she wrapped her arm around yours tightly.
