"Your wedding, my parents arranged your bouquet" she held her daughter. "Oh right, that was beautiful. I think I still get bouquets from your family. I have them delivered to be put in the foyer of the house" I enthused as she had this bright smile on her face.
"Well, I have to get home, but tell your parents thanks for the wonderful arrangements every week" I kissed her cheek.
"Ciao!" I waved as she did the same. "I'm hungry" Ethan complained as soon as I got into the car. "Ethan, you can't tell people our business or who we are. Do you understand?" I handed him a container of fruits as he whined. "I hate fruits" he threw the lid of the container back.
"Ethan! When did you become so rude" I picked up the lid and placed it in his school bag as he crossed his arms.
"Did you learn that from papa Jeremy? Spoiling you again?" I gave him a look as he refused to answer me. "Ah, I'll let nonno know." I murmured. "No! Not nonno! He'll make me do the chores!" He screamed.
"Well that's exactly where we're going this afternoon, to get rid of that bratty behaviour" I turned on the engine, seeing the car behind me, which was security as I drove out of the school compound.

"Ciao papá" I kissed his cheek as he placed a hand on my bump. "Last one huh?" He smiled as I nodded before Ethan slowly entered the room. "You only visit when he's been trouble" my dad looked over my shoulder as I nodded.
"Mhm. He's got no filter and he's been throwing things" I mumbled as my dads attitude changed. "He stayed with Jeremy over the summer and with the new wife" I whispered as he nodded.
"Ethan, mio bambino, venire qui"(Ethan, my child, come here) he gestured to Ethan as he walked slowly towards my dad. He picked him up and taking a seat as he set him on his lap. "Che cosa è questo cattivo comportamento mama è stata dirmi circa?" (What is this bad behavior mama was telling me about?) My dad looked at Ethan as he looked down at his hands. "Io non significa essere media a mama"(I did not mean to be mean to mama) Ethan mumbled as my dad looked at him.
"okay, what happened at papa Jeremy's place" my dad asked Ethan as he looked at me as I nodded. "papa Jeremy said that mama was being mean to daddy" he whispered as I gasped. oh dear..."because mama wouldn't allow daddy to have friends" he whimpered as I rubbed my temples.
"what type of friends?" my dad cleared his throat as Ethan looked at me. "special girl friends like auntie Bea" he played around with his school tie. "Ethan, auntie Bea is what to papa Jeremy?" my dad tried to explain it with Ethan answering his own answers. "papa Jeremy's new wife" he chewed on his lips as I crossed my arms. "so, your dad shouldn't have special girl friends should he? if he loves your mama right?" he pointed to me as Ethan nodded. "next time, ask mama. Don't just guess what's happening. Mama will always be honest with you mio bambino" he kissed his forehead.
"Now go hug your mama" he set Ethan down as he ran to me and hugged me tightly. "i'm sorry" he whimpered as I kneeled down and fixed his hair, and holding him close. "alright, are you going to be on your best behaviour?" I gave him a look as he nodded, kissing my cheek as I felt my heart swell. "okay, lets go home then" I ruffled his hair.

"Ken?" I yelled through the house, hearing footsteps running down the hallways and blue barking. "yeah?" Kennedy leaned over the railing as I walked up the stairs and loosening my tie. "can I chat to you for a sec?" I looked at the nursery and how everything was set up.
