I woke up and looked to see that Roman was still sleeping I looked at my phone to see that it was 8am I decided to go for early morning workout so I got up and changed in to my gym clothes and headed down to the gym truth I actually didn't feel to good but I haven't worked out in a while so I'm gonna go down anyway after arriving I started off on the treadmill just going slow the I put the speed up all of a sudden I started to feel like I was going to pass out I stopped running and got off the treadmill next thing I ran to the bathroom and threw up this happened last night to but I thought it was something I ate I walked out of the cubical I looked in the mirror to see that I was a white as a sheet I had a drink of water to get the horrible taste out of my mouth I couldn't workout anymore feeling like this so I grabbed my stuff and headed back to my room when I got there Roman was up.
"Hey where you been"
"I went for a workout"
"You look pale babe is everything ok"
"Just feeling a bit sickly that's all"
"Have you been sick this morning"
"Yeah and last night you know it's probably just something I ate I'll be fine I promise"
"You sure"
"Yeah"
"Ok well I'm going to go and meet Dean and go to the gym before we head down to the arena I'll see you in a bit yeah"
"Yeah see you in a bit"
After he left I decided to have a shower see if it made me feel better I grabbed a towel and headed for the bathroom about 20 minutes later I walked out of the bathroom towel wrapped round me I sat on the edge of the bed I still felt like crap I don't know what's wrong with me I thought after I was sick last night that was it but I have woke up this morning feeling worse I got up and walked over to my bag to pick out what I would be wearing today after I got change I laid back on the bed to have a little nap before Roma got back was it something I ate or is it something else.
