Chapter Twenty Eight

                                    

                                          
Chanyeol almost falls to the floor but he manages to balance his weight. He holds his cheek and stares at Baekhyun with shock. "You.." He mumbles. 
                          
The furious Taehyung looks at him, "I told you right? Leave him alone. What's so hard about that?" Before Chanyeol can reply, they hear a knock on the door. Both of them turn around and see Kyungsoo who is looking shocked as ever. 
                          
"Um.." Kyungsoo seems to be thinking of what to say but before he can continue, Taehyung walks out. "Hey!" Chanyeol says and is about to run after the petite guy when Kyungsoo holds his arm. "Stop Chanyeol" Chanyeol looks at Kyungsoo, he wants to protest but he realizes that he shouldn't, the person he met is not Baekhyun after all.
                          
Taehyung pulls his hoodie up to hide his face, he doesn't want anyone to recognize his face and let Baekhyun be in trouble again. He continues to walk outside the office. He is so pissed at Chanyeol especially when he knows that Baekhyun is having a gender crisis right now. He hates it when Baekhyun is confused and hurt.
                          
He finds this weird too, since he started reading about double personalities and he realizes that most personalities chose to take over the body of the original but he doesn't feel that way. He just wants to protect Baekhyun from all harm. He hates it when Baekhyun is crying or hurting. He wants Baekhyun to stay as the happy sunshine he used to be, so he hates Taeyeon to death as well. He treated her nicely but in the end she just hurt Baekhyun and he will never forgive her for that. 
                          
Taehyung is busy thinking that he didn't notice that someone familiar saw him. "Baekhyun!" Taehyung is about to run away, but the latter is so quick and is able to catch up with him. "Hey.. Why are you running away?" Kai asks as he catches his breath.
                          
Taehyung sighs, he uses Baekhyun's smile. "Uh, sorry. I just really need to go home" Kai nods in understanding, as expected no one can notice the difference between Taehyung and Baekhyun -- well except for Luhan and that Park Chanyeol. Kai smiles back, "I can take you home if you want" Taehyung shakes his head and chuckles, "no need Kai. Thank you" 
                          
Kai looks disappointed but respects him. "Oh. I haven't hanged out with you lately Baekhyun. You've been busy with Chanyeol" Taehyung was surprised, Kai wasn't usually this clingy but he understands, since they usually are together before and Taehyung blames Chanyeol for this. Taehyung smiles and holds Kai's shoulder, "don't worry Kai! Things will change. I won't hang out with that giant anymore, and if you do see him, tell him to stay away from me, okay? Thanks!" Taehyung then runs away, leaving a dumb founded Kai. 
                          
"Huh? Did they fight?" He mumbles, but then Kai remembers that Kyungsoo is back and maybe Baekhyun got hurt because of that. 
                          
When Taehyung arrives home, he feels so tired. He is about to go to Baekhyun's room when he sees Luhan in the living room with Eunji. "Hey young man! How was work?" Taehyung remembers Baekhyun told them about the assistant job that Chanyeol proposed but Baekhyun didn't tell his bestfriend that the boss will be Chanyeol.
                          
"I..." Before Taehyung can continue, he falls on the floor, unconcious. "B-Baekhyun!"
