I am not the jewels on your crown,
Nor the fine fabric of your frock,
I offer no fancy,
No silver,
No gold,
But, darling,
I will be your little candle,
Plain,
Simple,
But, I will burn myself out,
Melt into a pool of futility,
Just to give you light,
And guide your way.
