I could hear, party poppers being popped and so I woke up to my cousins and aunt. They made me jump a bit at how close they were. 
                          
Aunt, Chloe&Cry:"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SOPHIE!"
Soph:"Thank you, guys." 
Aunt:"There's your birthday breakfast over there." She smiles ever so greatly.
Soph:"Ok, thank you all." I give a big grin.
                          
They all start to get out of my room and I begin to dig in to my breakfast. Afterwards, I went off to do my morning routine listening to Its my birthday from Will.i.am and Cody wise.
                          
I wore my outfit for the day and sat on my bed getting out my phone. It felt very unusual for no one to not reply to my texts or calls even Janelle and she's my bestie.
                          
I had received some money from my aunt as a present, so I thanked her and head out. 
                          
I go to Starbucks and buy myself an ice frappe. I sat down and looked out the window. I see a little kid blowing out the candles on his cake with his friends and family. I have a tear roll down my cheek, wishing that my mum was here. Someone sits in front of me, it was Kaycee.
I wiped my tear of quickly.
                          
Ka:"Before you go nuts and leave, hear me out."
Soph:"Go on." I say not really focusing on her.
Ka:"I'm super sorry, for what I did to you and Ken. I got hypnotised by Kayla her sister, and I managed to remember because I had video cameras in my house. That's probably why I was so full of hatred to you and Tati. She used me for her dirty plan. Could you ever forgive me?"
Soph:"I'll think about it."
Ka:"I can show you the footage it's on my phone, if you want?"
                          
She showed me the footage, We can now bury the hatchet. 
                          
Ka:"What brings you here in Starbucks, alone?"
Soph:"It's my birthday today and I have no one else to celebrate it with except from my aunt and two cousins."
Ka:"You should still be happy, it's your birthdayyy." She shakes my body crazily.
I chuckle a little.
Soph:"You're right! What should we do?" 
Ka:"We could go shopping?" 
Soph:"Alright, then let's go."

Kaycee and I are becoming good friends as we put on clothes and chat at the same time.
                          
Soph:"Do these jeans look good?"
Ka:"Yeah it does but...." She rummages through the jeans and brings out some nice skinny jeans.
"These would look better on you." 
                          
She hands me the jeans and I change into them. I come out posing with my right hand on my hip.
                          
Soph:"These do look fabulous, Kay." 
Ka:"If you've got it, flaunt it." She snaps her fingers sassily.
                          
We both giggle and buy our selves our jeans and look around the mall. In the corner of my eye, I saw Kenneth and instantaneously walk towards him but brought to a halt. My smile drooped down, as I watch him hug another girl and kissed her cheek. I walk back to Kaycee, making an attempt to reject the tears that are currently filling up my eyes. My knees felt like falling however Kaycee got to me before I fell. 
                          
Ka:"Let's go get some, lunch." She sympathetically smiles taking me to subway.
                          
When we sat in our seats and got our food, I drew on the circle lid following the lines. How could he! I thought I was supposed to spend my birthday with him and my friends. But no, he had to cheat on me with another girl.
